Great hotel but missing info in English that is understandable to operate the a/c.

Very well located close to the main square and old city. Also close to all amenities and services. Easy to find a parking and very quiet. Friendly staff. Recommend.

Good place to put your head down. No-frills type of place and decent location to walk to the center. The Staff could use training to make the experience here much better. Seemed like they could not be bothered. When requesting to have a staff member draw a map of where the hotel parking was located I got an snarky remark after being given poor directions the first time - would recommend the hotel add a map to the paper that has to be placed on the dash.

Really nice, cosy hotel in a great location. Super friendly and helpful staff. I can easily recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Lublin.

Friendly service and buffet selection was very decent and tasty. Great location, close to the city centre and 24h reception. The downfall was a cleanliness of the bathroom, I had some stains of some sort on the sink. Also it takes ages for the hot water to run. Apart from these, it would be a perfect stay but I'd recommend it.

Clean, friendly staff, nice breakfast and good location

Unfortunately, there was no fridge or water in the room, and you have to carry your bottle or glass to get water from the water dispenser outside in the corridor. Guess what? It wasn't working, so in the middle of the night, you need to go to the reception to use the water dispenser. During my stay, the temperature was 30C; nevertheless, the staff were very helpful and brought me a water bottle. In general, the hotel is outdated.

The hotel was nice up to date in a convenient location the only down side is the air conditioning was not working well and then when we finally got it to the lowest temperature it was still hot in the room. The restaurant was amazing the food was beyond my expectations. The staff was very nice attentive and welcoming.

The hotel is in a great location and easily accessible to the old town and restaurants.

The hotel staff was very helpful. The building was clean and well cared for. We really appreciated the sustainability efforts.

Location, service, food.

I had a 4 night stay and would rate the hotel at 3 stars. The hotel was clean and tidy and centrally located 15 minutes walk from the city old town centre. . The continental breakfast was varied with a good selection of dishes such as scrambled eggs, sausages, grilled vegetables, cold meats, cheeses, cereals, fruit juices, filtered coffee etc. Dinner was less pleasing with a limited, uninspiring menu and choices were often cancelled. Service was friendly and helpful. The double rooms were clean and well facilitated. Good bathroom with powerful shower However, they were to hot and the air conditioning was set at 18c and you couldn't lower it and you couldn't open the windows to let some fresh air in. Also, there were no English speaking tv channels and the mini fridge didn't work. The carpet was very thin and worn.

Wonderful hotel, fantastic location in the heart of the town yet quiet. Great interior design with a lot of local history elements. Very professional snd helpful staff. Breakfast is absolutely a must. A Polish feast. Get a room with the bathtub!

Close to every extraction in the City.

Marvelous gem hidden in the judicial part of City Centre. Close to Night Clubs, Uni and Students Quaters. Longish walk to Old Town or Castle.
