Lovely apartment was perfect for me and my partner as backpackers

bed was not as expected room was no where near what was shown in the photos. room was noisy from the outside due to passing patrons, girls coming back from partying. You can hear them walking up the steps and what was going on on the floor above. lights from the outside came thru and affected the resting time.

Stayed here frb 27th 2018 .staff lovely helpfull booked our trips for us and our cabs to airport and were nice abd friendly .room was well equipped and we laughed as we had to climb up a ladder to bed ,good job were in our 50s lol and spritely lol it was like being a kid again getting on top bunk.room was lovely and warm and after it being minus 18 every day you needed it .great place .beautiful town and the room had everything for our 4 day stay .

Really good location, very short walk from old town and right beside the train and bus station. Okay room, however there was construction going on in the building and every morning we would be constantly waking up from their machinery and loud yelling very early. Wasn’t enjoyable at all and wasn’t really suitable for guests to stay at all. However once the construction works are finished I wouldn’t have any complaints at all. Staff were nice.

Next time we go to Krakow, we'll choose this hotel. Good location, good room layout, clean, all necessary amenities. Suitable for families with children.

Appartement 100% rénové en excellent état à quelques minutes du centre ville dans un bel immeuble. Propreté irréprochable. Pour les points faibles, la vue part la fenêtre pas géniale et le manque de savon dans la douche qu'il faut prévoir.

They don’t have double bed for couple i would say is not comfortable because the bed is moving if u be in between but for single it’s comfortable

Очень удобное месторасположение: рядом станция, на которую мы приехали из Варшавы. До центра Кракова (рыночная площади) пешком около 15 минут. Мы пешком обошли старый город и пешком вернулись в апартаменты

Lokalizacja obiektu 10/10, do tego świetnie urządzony apartament, zadbany i czysty, wyposażony w najpotrzebniejsze rzeczy. Po prostu super, polecam :)

Muito bem localizado, bem equipado e confortável. O prédio estava em obras, o que nos causou alguns incômodos, como barulho pela manhã e poeira.

Bardzo miła obsługa, świetne położenie, szczególnie dla podróżujących autobusem lub pociągiem.

看板も番地表示もなく探し出すのに時間がかかった。部屋がすべてにおいて故障している。トイレの換気が無い。シャワーの水が3時間経たないと排水しない。ベッドが狭い。手作りの壊れそうな木製ハシゴを登らないとベッドまで行けない。部屋の中をハエのような小虫が飛んでいた。テレビが よく映らない。

Nous avons été reclassé en dernière minute sur cet appartement très bien placé propre accueil très succinct seul hic pas de drap ni couette pour le lit d'appoint !!!!
