AC not working

I stay at this hotel every time I come to Lodz. It is a wonderful place with a nice swimming pool and sauna.

We enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend

I'm already the fifth time in this hotel. Honestly, I prefer this hotel then the most reputed Andel hotel. It has a special atmosphere. The Ambassador Hotel is in the center of the City, close to all City attractions. I love the swimming pool with the water beaches. Two saunas are excellent. What I love most is the lady beautician. She always manages to make me look 10 years younger and she's incredibly nice.

Just an average hotel that uses the facilities of its sister hotel. Thar advertised bar was shut all week but i didnt try any of the food as that was in the ajoining hotel as such all the advertising wasnt accurate. I was quite concerned that the socket in the bathroom was literally hanging off the wall and looked like it had been for some time. The hotel is not in the low budget range but it should be

Great hotel in great location! Very clean and breakfasts full of choices with good quality food. Our shower broke down on the 2nd day of our stay and a lady who was in a reception - Magda accordingly changed our room to another one within an hour. She was very helpful and professional. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends. Enjoyed the stay!

Non helpful and rude staff at check out. Never coming back to this hotel and they definitely gained a detractor.

Location and breakfast was nice. Maybe just a bit worn-out especially when comparing premium side for this.

Great area to stay

Short walk to old Main Street Piotrkowska. If traveling by rail, easily reachable by tram from main intercity rail station Lodz Widzew or much shorter tram (5) from larger and nicer local station Lodz Fabryczna (5 min) along Kilinskiego. Local train runs between both. Hotel exterior not well lit at night so can pass by without seeing. Huge enclosed shopping center in next block and blocks in city center are extremely long if walking.
