Great hotel and stay

Beautiful contemporary design hotel. Whimsical interior design and clean. The suite we stayed in was spacious. Breakfast spread was great with excellent services from staffs.

The hotel was very welcoming and rooms and common areas were beautiful. The staff was excellent and very helpful. We greatly enjoyed our stay. The only problem that we had was trying to book another room for our family--after repeated attempts, the hotel computer system continued to prevent us from reserving and paying for the room. Although the problem was ultimately resolved over several days, it was a very frustrating experience.

Beautiful hotel in the centre of Porto. Excellent location. Everything was perfect - staff were so friendly and helpful. Spa was luxurious with decent sized pool. Roof terrace had great views over Porto. We had a room with a balcony which was fantastic. Would highly recommend

Every detail is thought of and the location is perfect for exploring the city, all the main attractions and has a relaxing rooftop patio you won’t want to miss. Great hotel in every way. Spa is awesome.

The hotel is very conveniently located. The roof deck atmosphere was beautiful, but the food was terrible. The “24 hour” Room service is too fancy and overpriced. The biggest disappointment was that on my last evening, I went down to the lobby at 12:15 AM and asked the concierge for a cocktail. I was told that the bartender left at 12 o’clock. The bar…is in the lobby… I was told I could not have one. Because the bartender left 15 minutes ago…The bar and the glass was in the same room and the concierge refused. I don’t think that 12:15 is an unreasonable time to ask for a cocktail when I’m on vacation. They easily could’ve taken a glass off the shelf that I was looking at…poured what I asked for.. charged it to my room..and wished me a pleasant evening. Instead, I walked unhappy and quite frankly confused at the lack of customer service…

Exceptional 5-star hotel located in the heart of the old town, with easy access to all major tourist sites and restaurants. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with water and a delicious cocktail. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, offering excellent excursion suggestions and restaurant recommendations. The rooms and amenities were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The pool and spa area were beautifully designed, providing a perfect space to relax. Breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety. Highly recommended!

A fantastic hotel, and one which we enjoyed staying at. The staff were very friendly and always on hand to help or assist. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet which had excellent choices. The rooftop bar provides fantastic views of the city and is tranquil, which is perfect for a drink after a day of sightseeing. The rooms are of a good size and we appreciated the attention to detail such as a welcome drink on arrival, regularly replenished water and amenities, and a small gift at the end of our stay from the staff. The hotel is in a great location and you can reach the riverfront in less than 20 minutes. A perfect stay!

Excellent location and very helpful staff

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in a while. EXCELLENT service - I messaged the hotel multiple times on Expedia before I arrived in Portugal to help me make reservations. They always responded within a couple hours. Upon check in, they gave us additional recommendations on places to eat, things to do, and helped us make additional dinner and wine tasting reservations. They gave us a glass of wine, took our bags to our rooms promptly, gave us a tour of the property amenities, and took us directly to our room. The hotel itself is in a great location, very central and within walking distance to almost all attractions in Porto. It’s also very clean, modern, stylish, and comfortable. Would 100% recommend anyone to stay here and would 100% stay again.

Hotel and rooms are beautiful. All staff were very nice, but the ones at check in were exceptional.

The staff went out of their way. So kind and friendly. Interior and room were gorgeous.
