Too far from the main action of Dublin, but a nice efficiency. You will have to taxi/Uber everywhere unless you enjoy long hikes in the inevitable rain.

Great place easy to get to transportation to other parts of Dublin

Apartment was nice as pictured. The washing machine did not have a drier as advertised which was disappointing. The living space was nice and roomy and beautiful. The location is excellent, with a LUAS right across the street you can be in downtown in less than 15 minutes and it’s 2 blocks from the main river with lots of restaurants around and bus options as well. The only issue that I has were the beds, they were extremely uncomfortable (5 beds and all very uncomfortable) for a 2 days stay you can live through it but we stayed 8 nights and my back was fried after our stay. Also, there were no instructions on how to use the stove and it took a while to figure out. The apartment can get very cold and it’s I think they have a cap on how much heat, overnight it gets really cold and the heather doesn’t turn back on until morning. Overall it was a nice stay, better beds will make this place perfect.

We loved the apartment we stayed in. It was clean and very well situated in the city center. The staff we dealt with were all very friendly and helpful. The only downside was having to check in at a different location and then going to the apartment.

Not receiving the email with instructions how to access the apartment led to an extended period of confusion. This was critical because I was unaware that parking had to be sorted out ahead of time. Everything else was fine

The penthouse was a great size and had great views all around. Check-in was easy - since the apartment was ready early we were able to ask our cab driver to take us from check in to the actual apartment location. It was nice and quiet. A bit of a walk to get downtown but we did it multiple times with older kids and were fine. Closing blinds took a bit to figure out but they all worked by a button on the blinds plugin if the wall button didn’t work. We would definitely stay here again

Fantastic apartment which suited our party of 8 visit to Dublin to celebrate a 60th birthday! Only small criticism would be that there weren’t enough utensils/glassware and plates/mugs for a party of 8, so we ended up having to use glasses as mugs for our morning cuppa !!

Clean property. Toilet is fussy. The lights were out in the bathroom so we had to use our phone flashlight. And the lift was broken so we had to carry our big suitcases up 6 flights of stairs. Good location.

Property served it's purpose. It does have some wear and tare, but everything worked .. No Ac but we did fine without it. Transportation was easy. Just jump on the redline, or take a short walk and you'll be right in the mix of it all.

Smart apartment

The property was spacious and had a shop beneath however you can hear EVERYTHING from the street when the windows are closed and it was very very noisy, especially during the night, there were people screaming, shouting, fighting, very loud music playing, this all went on until 5am and then at 6am a huge truck would arrive and make loads more noise

All was amazing. If I return to Dublin in the future, I will definitely choose one of your homes.

Locatie is goed. Maar erg luidruchtige ventilatie kanaal van de badkamer. Achterstallig onderhoud.

Yderst renlig, velindrettet lejlighed. God beliggenhed i stille område og stadig tæt på centrum. Eneste minus var en smule mangler i kommunikation om fx indtjekning og hvordan man kommer ind i lejligheden hvilket var til den besværlige side. Brugte også en god tid på at finde ud af TV 🙂

Ottima posizione, ben servita e centrale. Appartamento pulito e silenzioso. Alcune cose da rivedere (sedie rovinate, luce nel bagno che continuamente scattava il magnetotermico..)

No había calefacción a pesar de que 4 días antes se llamó al hotel y se preguntó por ese aspecto en concreto y se nos aseguro que no había problema.

El apartamento está bien situado a unos 20-25 minutos andando desde el centro, tiene al lado una parada de tranvía y varios supermercados y cafeterías. Tiene 2 habitaciones con cama de matrimonio y un sofá cama en el salón. Está equipado con todo lo necesario incluidas amenities en el baño. Volveria sin dudarlo.

Appartement spacieux près du tram .En rez de chaussé du coup un peu bruyant . Bonne adresse a retenir
