Spotlessly clean rooms and conveniently located for passing through

We've stayed here several times when traveling through. Rooms are large and clean, restaurant is on site, and there is secure parking. Our friends always stay here too.

I just needed a couple of hours wait while my ride arrived at Hermosillo. Reception moved quickly to clean a room for me for really early check-in. Great buffet options.

The hotel was clean, the rooms were confortable I ilked that it had a mini fridge, a coffee pot and a microwave. Although they didn't provide with enough bottles of water and no coffee filter for the coffee pot. If you needed an extra blanket you had to pay extra for it.

The bed was uncomfortable and the bed coverings werecaweful

I ask for a wake up call. 630 am never get it JAN 16 CALL HOTEL 940 PM 3 TIME THEY REFUSE TO PICK UP..PEOPLE TRY TO FORCED MY DOOR OPEN 10 PM.Nevet again.

We never did, they didn't have any rooms avaliable at the time that we got there. They told me that they will let you guys know about it because it was there mistake not updating their system for refunds. They need to right on time. I had to get an other room more expensive because of their mistake. Hopefully this helps to improve their service for future guest.

Over all it was good! Love the private parking, security gate. I Like the property and Love the food. The place is clean and well kept. The bad: you try to sleep and you hear people coming in talking all loud all night long. It gets really loud. Second: the mattress are not comfortable at all. The sheets are nothing soft.

No me gustò que en el cuarto donde me tocó sonaban como las máquinas de los aires de los otros cuartos, otra que el refrigerador y los controles del televisor y el aire estaban sucios obvio yo les puse alcohol y los limpié antes d usarlos!, lo demás todo todo bien!

Tenemos tiempo llegando a este hotel, nos gusta tus instalaciones (alberca) y el riquísimo buffet

Estacionamiento muy mal !! Internet nunca hubo señal control de la TV no sirve .. dejamos la habitación por la madrugada del mal servicio muy mala experiencia

El hotel resuelve la necesidad de pasar la noche y el personal es muy servicial y atento. Creo que la gerencia del hotel podría mejorar el aspecto y mantenimiento de las instalaciones
