We loved the balcony and sat there and people watched. We loved the location near the Kennedy Park and all the restaurants and shops nearby. Staff was friendly and helped with transportation to and from the airport.

Great location on a dead end street a block from Kennedy Park. Not exactly quiet cause you're in the middle of a pretty lively zone, but the sounds of the street/party/parade/speeches/shows are somewhat muted. Short walk to the Pacific ocean. The balconies are small but great to have. Staff speaks Spanish and English, probably other languages too. Nice people and service is very good. I would stay here again.

The staff here are wonderful and helped us with our spanish. The amenities are basic but everything was good.. There were dishes but no dish soap or dish towel. Our safe did not work but we were provided with another one when we asked. The breakfasts were very good. Overall, I would recommend this hotel. It is small, they remember your name and tucked into a quiet corner just off a main street in Miraflores.

Was perfect for our stay both upon arrival to Lima and prior to the departure. The room was clean, very friendly and professional staff. Would definitely recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at Atrium Miraflores! Location was fantastic and an easy walk to restaurants and Parque Kennedy. The staff was very kind and helpful. They even upgraded me to a nicer room and allowed me to check in early. Look forward to staying here again when I return to Lima.

Very friendly & helpful staff, big room with king size bed, kitchenette, table with two chairs, good lighting, very hot water, breakfast had limited choices but more than adequate and the freshly made omelet was EXCELLENT. A great place to stay close to Kennedy park.

Great breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Walls are a bit thin but other guests were quiet so it didn’t bother me.

The staff has been friendly and it is in a great location. My only concern is that the walls are pretty thin so you can hear your neighbors. Overall it’s a good value for the money and I would recommend it.

The perfect place to stay. So clean and safe. Staff were amazing. Breakfast was perfect. Highly recommend.

Very nice, spacious and quiet apartment in a good location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast fresh fruit and juice, eggs . Internet connection was not great, had to sit right next to the door as the router was out in the corrider.

We throughly enjoyed our 6 days here. Wonderful friendly staff. Great accommodation situated in a wonderful location. Quiet comfortable rooms. We will be back. Oh and the breakfasts are tasty the best eggs !!!!

Atrium Miraflores, is on a quiet, safe, dead end street. The hotel is very close to shopping, grocery stores and street vendors. The area is a safe location, and there is parking nearby. The staff is very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding area.

The hotel itself is great. Awesome location & rooms are nice and spacious. The customer service at the reception desk was disappointing. We arrived at 12 & were told it would be 2 hours longer, so we waited in the lobby & put our luggage away, after we were told our room was ready I asked for my luggage and the lady at reception looked in the hallway (where the bags were) and said she didn't know where they were. We waited 30 minutes to review our luggage after they were in the hallway the whole time. The lady at the reception was very unprofessional and unhelpful, which made our experience change completely

Small hotel establishment(we thought it was bigger) but with easy proximity everywhere in Miraflores,close to Kennedy Park but about 20 minutes walk to the beach..Limited but sufficient breakfast options.Very friendly hotel staff who addressed all our concerns.

I will certainly come back, the staff is wonderful, personal, welcoming, helpful and very friendly. The place is a bit dated, but the continued cleanliness makes up for that. The apartment was nice clean, fresh towels, stocked refrigerator of mineral water, juice, beer and there was a candy bar, chips and a health bar supplied all for a price, I used none of these items. My studio apartment had a microwave, hot water pot, coffee pot, refrigerator, stove top, complete set of dishes, glasses, pots and pans. The bathroom was stocked with soap, hair shampoo and conditioner. The breakfast was okay if you eat meat, but cold cereal with milk and bananas, cheese, cold rolled ham, ham finger sandwiches, fresh fruit, omelettes made upon request, cake, rolls, coffee tea, juice and more, there was something different added each, one day there was french toast, which’s was very good. The WiFi was awesome, both in your apartment and the lobby. My view was pitiful because my apartment was on the back facing the back of all other apartments, but this is not a deal breaker, the front view is no better, but there is lots of sun light. There’s no carpet through out, which is great, but the only downfall to not having carpet is that the noise from walking and moving chairs can become disturbing, the tenant above me was somewhat disturbing for she/he came in late hours. There’s no cafeteria here, the breakfast spread is brought in and they prepare it daily. The surrounding area is loaded.
