Buen lugar para hospedarse en Cusco, si lo que buscas es un lugar absolutamente sin ruido, no es el lugar correcto. Se escucha el río como si estuvieras dentro de él. Si por otra parte te encanta el sonido de lo natural, es tu lugar. Increíble vista. Desayuno ligero pero con lo necesario.

Was great. Clean rooms, hot showers and great mattresses. Only thing to improve is better pillows :)

Amazing staff. Amazing location on river.

I came to Aguas Calientes alone as a solo female traveler heading up to Machu Picchu, and this place was absolutely perfect in every way. Jaw dropping river views with the rushing water so loud, I was in heaven. I loved my morning coffee on the patio looking at the river. The service was impeccable and the breakfasts hearty - all I could have hoped for.

Although we were only there a few hours, our stay was very pleasant. Very friendly staff, great breakfast, pick up at the train station was much appreciated.

What a great hotel! Can't beat the view of the mountains and the sound of the river, absolutely gorgeous. Staff members were friendly and helpful, breakfast was great, the location is great. Definitely a 10/10 experience!

Nice property with a great view from the window, the staff was helpful and most importantly for us they offered bag storage after check out which we really appreciated.

This hotel has an awesome location right on the river. It's small with only 8 rooms, but the staff are very friendly. It's a unique experience. Rooms are small. Bathroom had it's quirks, but over all we really enjoyed our stay here

It was pretty good. It looks better in the pictures though. The bathroom shower never drained while you were in it so you were almost taking a bath by the end. But the water was really hot which I appreciated. Oh if you need a wheelchair, this hotel is not for you. I was on the top floor and there were only stairs, no elevator. I would stay here again.

Amazing service, the employees are great people. My only comment is about the pictures of the room with balcony to enjoy the river. The balcony is very small and not comfortable. My expectation in regards of seating in the balcony to enjoy the outdoor couldn’t happen . The breakfast is excellent and the care of employees is above expectations.

The hotel is conveniently located but then again the entire area is small so nothing is very far. The views from the room are wonderful but the river is very loud so it can interfere with sleep. The room was a bit musty. Staff was very informative and helpful in accommodating special requests.
