Amazing hotel, staff was so helpful and friendly

Very friendly staff.

Everything was as it should be and expected. Anyway the bed was not so comfortable to sleep in, so this to be take into consideration.

Easy parking. Nice view of the lake!

Everything was perfect. Friendly service and they have a great restaurant. Free ski bus in front of the hotel brings you to the ski lift, one stop only. Hope to return soon.

This hotel is located in the beautiful countryside south of Chur, part of a small community surrounding the Heiden Lake. It’s pretty much in the middle of nowhere, frankly, which if it’s away from the maddening tourist crowd that you wish to be, then this is the place for you! The building itself is new and well cared-for. From the outside it appears to be a very classy place, an impression which is only confirmed by one’s treatment when arriving on the inside, from the first greeting at the front desk to one’s handling in the restaurant which is on site. We had both a dinner and a breakfast there, and found both very much to our pleasing. The room (we were upgraded to a Junior Suite—thank you very much!) was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was quite big, with a glass-enclosed shower stall (much better than stepping in and out of a slippery high-sided tub!). There was a lot of storage space and even a mini-fridge, which we put to good use. In a word, if we were in that Lenzerheide area again, would we choose to stay there again? Absolutely!!! There’s a great experience to be had here and at a very fair price per night.

Das Zimmer war makellos sauber, das Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend — ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Das Frühstück liess keine Wünsche offen und startete den Tag mit dem richtigen Schwung. Die Lage des Hotels ist schlicht ideal: Freizeitaktivitäten aller Art sind von hier aus bestens erreichbar. Wer hier bucht, liegt goldrichtig

Sehr nettes Hotel in günstiger Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, geräumige Zimmer mit tollem Blick, und alles sehr sauber. Küche ist zudem wunderbar, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nettes Personal, saubere Zimmer. Was schade war, das es beim Frühstücksbuffet nur Käse gab für Menschen die kein Schweinefleisch essen. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Unterkunft und Verpflegung/ Team war grandios. Parkplatz mit Tesla war sehr eng und zum aufladen hatte es nur einen Platz. Aber sie haben sich sehr mühe gegeben mit Stromanschluss suchen.
