This motel did what it says on the tin. The room was clean but small and basic. The sea view, however, was stunning and the lady at check-in was very welcoming.

Close to highway. Uncomfortable bed. Unpleasant smell from all the sea weeds just across the hotel. Room was very small.

Beautiful setting, rooms definitely need updating. The floors in our room were very uneven and it felt like I was going to fall. Small kitchen with just enough pans, dishes etc. to make a meal. It was Ok for 2 nights, not sure about a longer stay.

Great location near the water and close to restaurants and convenient stores.

The location is decent — quite convenient to get around. However, for the price, I expected a bit more. The facilities feel a bit dated and not really worth the high cost. Overall, it’s okay, but there are better value options nearby.

Good basic accommodation with an incredible view.

Wonderful location to tour the Cabot Trail. Nice cottage with views. Staff was super helpful. We had a few issues when we checked in (a lightbulb out and commode not flushing fully) and they fixed them right away. It’s not luxury but very functional and comfortable bed.

Accommodations were small and furniture worn and outdated. It was quiet though which was nice.

We had family staying at other locations in the area so we were mainly there just to sleep. You cant go wrong with the Ingonish area for adventures,either with hiking, beaching, kayaking/canoeing, whale watching or just enjoying the scenery. Seabreeze has easy access to all those amenities and our motel room had eveeything we needed

Bed was super comfortable and view was great. Easy access to different areas we wanted to visit in the highlands. Very comfortable outside seating for coffee and reading.

We selected one of the motel rooms instead of the cottages. The room was very small. The air conditioner was a portable unit which took up a good bit of floor space. The view of the water would have been great except 4 trucks parked overnight on the opposite side of the road blocking the view. Not completely sure but we believe some of the truck drivers slept in their trucks. The motel units were very close to the road so there was a good bit of road noise. That would have been distracting except you couldn't hear it because of the noisy AC unit in the room!!

Overpriced, dirty room, uncomfortable bed

All good. Only slight complaint was the yucky cigarette butt bucket. A bit gross.

Great stay for husband and I and our dog. Quiet, peaceful. Cottages are dated but clean. Queen mattress was wonderful. Did not givev 5 stars because hot water knob in shower was barely useable, ready to fall off. Kitchen faucet also flimsy. Floorboards are soft. Oven door could only be opened 10 inches due to window ledge so it prevented us from making our own pizzas. Owners obviously care about their property and we appreciate that. Overall a great place to call home as we hiked over several days in cape breton.

Stayed one night quiet, clean only recommendation is newer mattress and at least chairs to sit inside room instead of on bed.

We chose this place based on it being pet friendly and I’m so happy we did. Our dog tucker had a great vacation!

Clean, great location in Ingonish, spectacular view. Would definitely return.
