The service was exceptional. Everything was complimentary, and everyone was super nice to us. That being said, the room itself left much to be desired. It was dated and dingy. The bathroom had stains that couldn’t be removed with cleaning. It also didn’t have enough hooks to hang all the towels. The bed had truly horrific pillows that will take our necks days to recover from. The property itself is pretty with a stunning pool. However, there is no elevator, and you’ll have to drag yourself up many flights of stairs. The location is a distance from the center of town, and you’ll have to take a tuk tuk there, which is complimentary, but the return trip will not be free. Overall this is an exceptional property because of the service of the people working there. However, the hotel itself could use some improvement.

Nothing less than first class! The staff, accommodations and overall amenities outstanding. My trip to Cambodia was enhanced greatly by individuals such as Saran at the front desk and Sinet my tour guide. Great people, great hotel

From the complimentary airport pickup through to check out, a really excellent hotel and experience. Pickup driver arrived at airport equipped with cool cloths and a freshly opened coconut full of delicious coconut water. Steven, the first to welcome me, took great care to check me in and provide all the info I could possibly need: Steven, it seems, was my personal assistant for my stay at Shintara. I booked the Cabana King room, which was splendid. The bathroom was larger than many hotel rooms, and came with it own personal mini-jungle. Beautiful pools, and a wonderful grand restaurant (with an excellent breakfast buffet) at which waiter Daro provided most excellent and welcoming service. The hotel arranged a tuk tuk driver to drive me to my list of temples, and was helpful and informative throughout. Highly recommended: really a jewel of a hotel and the best possible welcome to my first time in Cambodia.

From the moment Mr. Binh picked us up in his fancy van at the airport we were transported to a life of luxury! Every need was taken care of. And the staff were all so incredibly helpful and friendly. They helped set us up with everything we wanted to do and see. We were even upgraded to a ground floor suite when my husband had a motorbike accident because they didn’t want him to have to walk so far. The spa was very nice, and the free laundry was much needed as well. It’s the perfect oasis to come back to after you explore around Siem Reap.

This hotel is a must stay for anyone visiting Siem Reap. A peaceful oasis with excellent staff! We stayed as part of our honeymoon, and the hotel set up fruit, cheese and wine for us in the room complimentary which was lovely. The room was large and beautifully decorated with plenty of storage space. It had both a bath and a shower as well as a lovely balcony. There was a separate toilet and shower space was was very practical. The poolside area was beautiful and very peaceful. The two pools were ideal for swimming. The ability to have lunch by the pool was great. Breakfast had lots of options both local and western. We’d booked the package which included free laundry and daily massages- the massages were wonderful and a great way to relax after a day exploring the local area. The laundry service was very quick. The hotel is a little out of the town, but we got a complimentary tuk tuk into town from the hotel and then arranged our own journey home for very very cheap. The airport drop off and pick up service was ideal. The staff are what makes this hotel, they are all so friendly and helpful. Emily from reception especially ensured we were looked after!!

Their package is awesome at a very affordable rate. Their spa everyday really helps us a lot with much walking/hiking during our trip. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Siem Reap. I will book again in this hotel.

The Anansaya staff were extremely attentive and friendly. They provided comfortable transportation to and from the airport, helped arrange tours and activities, and were available for questions and support at all times. The breakfast was extensive and very delicious. We ate several other meals in the restaurant because of the many tasty options. We loved the pools and were very pleased with our massages at their spa. I highly recommend Anansaya for its exceptional service and value. The location allows easy access to Angkor Wat and also free tuktuk rides to downtown sites. We truly enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is one of the reason I want to come back to Seam Reap. Staffs greeted us with smile with ice cold towel and cold drinks after a very hot day at Ankor Wat. This hotel was like an oasis to come back to. We stayed three nights and the free laundry service was really a nice feature. Breakfast was really good too. We enjoyed each morning. We used two days trip to many of the temples using hotel's Tuk Tuk service. Very friendly service with cold water and cold towel after walking the temples. Although temperature was over 90 degrees, it was doable because of their great service. Bed was very comfortable with great shower. Foot and leg massage prepared us for walking next day. Overall, we were very satisfied and gave me a great impression about Cambodia. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

We had a three night stay at Amansaya which was amazing. From the moment they picked us up at the airport, we were looked after by every member of the team. The pool area is great to relax and our room was exactly what we needed. Amansaya organised our trip to sunset and sunrise at the temples with Mr Sophet and Nat who were the best driver and guide. Mr Sophet really made our trip extra special, what a kind and lovely man. The included breakfast was great - Miller and the team at the restaurant made sure we had everything we needed. We also had daily massages which were superb. All in all, the best start to our Cambodian holiday.

Amazing. Beautiful hotel with gorgeous design and details. Spacious rooms with a giant luxurious shower and private toilet room… outdoor bathtub and private seating on the terrace. Every consideration made. The breakfast, pool, and spa accommodations were all just so lovely. Hotel spas aren’t always the best and yet this one definitely exceeded my expectations. The massage I received left me so relaxed! This is outside the city but only a 10-15 min tuktuk and well worth it for the resort feeling. And it’s actually convenient quite convenient to Ankor Wat so we could return for our delicious breakfast before heading back. Perfection. What made this establishment and our trip memorable though was the staff. The warm welcome, the kindness of every person, the hospitality of the entire team… I cannot say enough. We have a small child and I did notice several families here. We will have to come back and bring our daughter! I wish we could stay longer but we will recommend to all our friends and plan a return soon.

Upon our arrival at Siam Reap Airport, we were greeted by our engaging hotel driver, a cold coconut drink, and hand towel in the car. At the hotel, we were greeted by Long, a friendly hotel staff who gave us excellent recommendations and overview of the hotel amenities including breakfast buffet, complimentary massage, and laundry services. He also recommended ways to explore the temples and things to do in downtown. In our spacious room, we were welcomed with complimentary fruits (freshly cut) and cold beverages in the mini fridge. The room is phenomenal; the staff is knowledgeable, attentive and extremely friendly; and the hotel is stunning. We will definitely stay here again and we would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here: 5/5.
