Complicated checking. First - They did not find my reservations and wanted to send to a different hotel claiming I was in the wrong location. Second - once that was straightened out I had reserved 2 rooms, they claimed I only reserved one room. Finally they figured this out and after 1 hour wait I was finally checked in. No apology no explanation. WiFi was spotty and checkout was just as complicated.
