A very good hotel close to many restaurants

Stayed 3 nights alone. Staff are very polite and helpful. Cleanness of room was perfect. Beds are not the most comfortable but not bad. Location is at very centre so there may be a little noise coming from the windows at evenings. Breakfast is satisfying. I may stay ağacın.

Perfect choice to stay in Ankara! Great confort and outstanding value for money. Staff hyper-supportive (special thanks to Burak & Ergul - lobby - and Mehmet & Muhanmet - restaurant - and the Chefs!). Rooms are very convenient, toilet as large as desirable.

After check in, I realized the room I was provided was standard and Not the deluxe I paid for. Also, No King bed which according to my reservation and no mini bar/ fridge. WiFi also didn't work for the first hour. We then decided to check out, after arguments and insults from manager burak. We gut our refund and left. Would NOT recommend to anyone! No integrity nor honesty.

The location is perfect. The breakfasts are delicious. Clean rooms. Super friendly and helpful staff.

I liked that it was a small property, off the main road, very close to the US embassy. My room was very large, clean, recently remodeled. The bed, comfortable. The staff, extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful.

The hotel is great. Room was very nice snd clean. Shower and bathroom was perfect. Bed and linen very comfy. Location not bad. 10 minutes walk to Kizilay Metro. All hotel inside & outside looks like proper 4 stars hotel. Exept reception staff. Only one women which I meet was friendly. On arrival guy told me in his broken english that he doesn't have my booking, showing me someone else reserwation and make me confusing. Finally he founded but any communucation with him was not possible. In 4 stars hotel I will expect more fluent english at Reception. Another terrible and unfriendly guy I meet on my last day. It was Saturday and Post Office was closed. I offered him 20 Lira if he could buy one stamp on postcard and sent it for me. His reaction was insane. He said that he's not living in Ankara and he's not gonna to do this. Wow. Fair enough that this is not a good customer service in 4 stars hotel. Shame.

Great place to stay in Ankara, I stay here every time I visit Ankara and I wouldn’t stay any where else, it is small but the service is great convenient to all shops and eateries would highly recommend if Yu have a short stay in Ankara

This is a good hotel with hospitable staff in a good location (in between business and universities' areas; lots of caffees around; close to main streets). The hotel is clean; the breakfast is goos, and the WiFi is fast.

Hotel is quite good. Parking garage a bit of a problem. At night garage door is locked so someone from the hotel has to unlock the door for cars to get in. Breakfast is not good. There is variety at breakfast but everything I tried is low quality and doesn't taste good.

I stayed at hotel for a week during a business trip and enjoyed my stay very much. The staff was friendly, breakfast was good, room was well equipped. The only items missing was an iron and ironing board, but this was supplied on request. There's a number of restaurants/bars located in area.

Very pleasant stay, only disappointment was that the Fitness Center was closed, otherwise all was good.

315 nolu odada kaldım. Oda temizdi. Çift kişilik yatak oldukça temizdi. 4 adet yastık çeşitli sertlik seviyelerinde konulmuştu bu da uyku konforunu artırdı. Oda çok sessizdi. Minibuzdolabı dahil gürültü yoktu. Geniş bir cam vardı iyi havalandırma mümkündü. Oldukça büyük ve arızalı olmayan bir tv vardı. Banyo ve wc temizdi. Tek eksik banyoda şampuan bitmişti. Duş jeli de vasattı. Isıtma petekleri yeterli çalışıyordu. Oda soğuk ya da çok sıcak değildi. Sıcak su saniyeler içinde geldi sorun yoktu. Havlular temiz ve fazla fazla vardı. Odada 3 tane küçük 330ml su vardı. Çay Kahve vs yoktu. Giriş görevlisi checkinde hızlıca yardımcı oldu. Sadece nakit ödemem sonrası ödeme belgesi talebimde burası kırk yıllık otel flan gibi laflar kullandı ama nihayetinde ısmarlarım sonucu oda adisyon dökümü verdi fiş & fatura vermedi. Otel metroya 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Kahvaltısı temiz ve yeterliydi. F/P olarak 5 yıldızı hakediyor.
