The hotel staff was very helpful. Lifting the suitcase to the front of the room. Helping to find a driver to the airport. But the downside is that I added a day to my stay but the room was not cleaned again that day. The towels were still the same as yesterday. The trash in the bin was also not cleaned. The staff said that the hotel's regulation is to clean every 2x a day. So that means if I check out that day, the guests who will stay that day will enter a messy room. But I'm too lazy to argue

Hotel staff helpful. Helped carry luggage to the room which has small stairs. Unfortunately when asking to change towels, sheets and throw out the trash in the room they said they clean the room every two days. Not every day. The rest is good.
