We totally enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We arrived early and instead of having to wait, were given an upgrade for immediate occupancy. The staff in hotel and restaurant were very sweet and professional. We look forward to our next stay there.

All was great

Great Hotel. Nice decent rooms. I had a single room and it was a decent size. Breakfast was really good. Quite diverse like Flaxseeds and Chia seeds etc. Nice location just behind a forest and a quick walk to the city center of Pinneberg and to the train station for Hamburg. Personal was very friendly and the restaurant Deck48 had amazing wines and food.Loved the place.

All in all, it's a nice hotel. Staff very friendly. Limited choice for dinner and breakfast but what they've got is good. Room was quiet. No extras, not the latest trend but all in very good condition and clean. I was in Pinneberg for work and when I'll go back, I'll book them again.

The food at the Cap Polonio was excellent and delicious. The room was comfortable and spacious, but the best was how friendly all the staff were, so accommodating. We will be glad to stay there another time.

The staff were really welcoming, helpful and friendly. I had such a lovely stay as the hotel was clean, homely and very accommodating to my needs. I would definietly recommend this hotel and i hope to be back very soon.

Very convenient. Quiet even with a local theatre production on site the staff ensured guests were not inconvenienced in any way.

Nice hotel in a quiet location and a great restaurant attached to it

Ausschlaggebend für die positive Gesamtbewertung war das herausragende Personal: äußerst freundlich, professionell und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sauber und funktional, wenn auch stellenweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die ruhige und dennoch gut gelegene Umgebung sorgt für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Besonders geschätzt habe ich die kostenlosen Parkplätze, die die Anreise unkompliziert machen. Das Frühstück ist qualitativ gut und bietet eine solide Auswahl. Für zukünftige Aufenthalte in Hamburg bleibt dieses Hotel für mich die erste Wahl.

Fijn hotel, dicht bij vele restaurants, gratis parkeren, gewoon goed!

Sehr schönes Hotel, freundlicher Empfang, rustikale Einrichtung was keinesfalls schlecht ist, ich habe es genossen.

Flott hotell med fine rom og god plass på rommene. Virker som det er mye historie i veggene på hotellet som gir det en egen sjarm.

Kostenlose Parkplätze, gutes Frühstücksbuffet, freundliches Personal. Gerne wieder.

Et fint hotel i en forstad til Hamborg. Restaurant er lukket søndag aften. En god morgenmad i en hyggelig restaurant. Venligt personale
