My family and I really enjoyed this resort and will recommend it to all. We would definitely return to it. It was clean and their restaurant and servers were great! It was my families first time to the DR and the staff made it a memorable vacation. Thank you

AC wasn’t working mosquitos in the room

We were extremely impressed with the hotel. The rooms were clean, the staff was extremely friendly. We encountered 4 days of non stop rain so we did not venture out to eat anywhere else and the food at the hotel was consistently great. We did ziplining and went to the monkey jungle, which completed our trip! We would go back in a heartbeat!!

Very well attended at this hotel

When my girlfriend and I return for future trips, this is where we will stay again and every time thereafter. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and quick to accommodate whether you needed fresh beach towels or taxi arrangements. The property itself was perfectly located with a great restaurant and bar on location and very easy access to the beach with all the bars and restaurants there at your fingertips. The room was standard, but honestly you’re there to enjoy the beach, water, being outside, so it was perfect for that kind of experience. I’ll be staying there again and I couldn’t recommend it enough.

The hotel was great. Affordable, clean, stunning view. The restaurant staff was friendly. They didn't always have what was offered on the menu, but generally the options were good. The water pressure was quite low so it was hard to wash our hair. Our shower drain was broken, but they did fix it after a couple of days. The toilet wouldn't flush - so we recommend not putting toilet paper in the toilet unless necessary. The area aroudn the hotel was unsafe for walking because of the traffic and lack of sidewalks. But you can walk along the beach ot a lot of restaurants. We did have someone who smoked on the balcony below us so every morning we felt like we were smoking too, which was gross and annoying. Smoking areas should really be away from other guests and their rooms. We couldn't keep the windows open because the smoke would come into our room. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would visit again.

My flight was cancelled and they were able to accommodate me on short notice.

The ocean view was nice. But there was no microwave in my room. There were no wash towels provided at all. There was no elevator. The free breakfast was not good quality food.

Great spot, good location & great views

What we reserved is not what we got. The bed showed in all pictures was standard-hieght King size, and we got a low 3 inches above ground platform one. Although it is great using eco-friendly shower dispensers, the one with the shower gel didn't work. Compliant several times, we have no success. Wind up using shampoo for everything. Nice large room, but the AC was installed in the corridor near the front door. Couldn't feel the cooling air in our sleeping area. Needed to use ceiling fan. We were given a top floor with a decent view. However, we needed to walk 3 flights of narrow spiral stairs to get to our room. Try luggage several bags through this. The only good was a large bathroom. the food was great, and the check out was 1 pm.

Nice hotel very good breakfast included down side beach not good at all you have to walk like 10 minutes to a better beach also there is only 2 electrical outlet inside room

Everything was fine no problem

Amazing facility, pool, restaurant, and staff. Our room was basic but clean and comfortable with cold AC and wonderful HOT shower. Beautiful view of the ocean. Security cameras and security officers made us feel very safe. Walking distance to grocery store, pizza restaurant and laundry service. Short drive down the street for shopping, pharmacy etc. You will see the REAL Dominican culture on the Main Street, but inside the resort is a paradise. Would definitely stay there again. Special thanks to Mario (grounds crew) and Jalen (front desk) for taking great care of us.

Loved the grounds- very beautiful environment. 2 items that couldve made my rating a 5 are 1- music. There was 0 music playing, we had our speakers but felt like we shouldnt play anything - the crowd appeared more mature and probably not interested in any type of music. 2- was the beach front was not set up with chair lounges. We had to walk along the beach and rent chairs (low cost). Otherwise it was a great location.

Me and my husband booked this as a last minute stay just for one night. We ended up with the suite because that was the only room available and it was quite spacious and the view was stunning for the price. We went in early march and there were lots of older couples. We are mid aged and we here with our 3 year old. We saw a few kids but is not a kid friendly place. The edge of the restaurant is not secured for kids. Specially toddlers lucky mines is calm. The pool is 6ft deep not very much for lounging in it more for swimming and is not that big for it to be so deep. My man is 6ft and it would cover him completely which made me believe it was deeper. Luckily we had a floaty for our son. Therefore not kid friendly. The food was good there is one restaurant we visit for dinner and the next morning we had breakfast which was included with our stay. The dinner wasn’t. Most of the waiters were polite and helpful there was one that sucked. Forgot his name. The front desk was efficient and also very polite. Overall was a good last minute stay. Would go again with the family like in laws since is more of a older crowd vibe.

Very cute, waterfront property. Small beach area, but if you walk around the corner there is a large beach with many restaurants and bars. Felt very safe leaving the hotel and walking down the beach for drinks. Ate at the restaurant on property, food was delicious and wait staff were professional. Recommend for a long weekend or quiet stay
