Liked it was unique. Would have liked a bathtub instead of shower.

We enjoyed the happy hour and tips from the bartender on where to go. We also enjoyed the young lady who did the wine tasting for us (forget her name but she is studying at Oswego).

Wish I had payed attention amd when to the castle first, otherwise this was an amazing stay. Really appreciated Farez!

I love this place for its quiet grandeur and lovely grounds and have come over a dozen times. It is an older establishment and some mustiness in the main area could be addressed. However, the benefits of the spa fed jacuzzis offer a relaxation after a long drive. Note it is 2 miles from the Belhurst check in with its varied restaurants and shop.

Nice access to Belhurst property!

Never stayed here before, steep stairs, no elevator, room not cleaned first night, had to get towels from another building a few miles away, then they didn't have towels ready had to return later that nigjt to get them. Breakfast was not nutricional, just wrapped in cellophane gas station type donuts/pastery. That was disappointing Dinner in Pub went wrong, order not written down, served roast beef instead of burger, wrong cheese, wrong bread, they took it off the bill but that high quality restaurant did not staff well, acted like it didn't matter up to a point.

The refrig did not work very well and didn’t like you had to walk up steps to use the bathroom, but everything else was great !!!!

A very comfortable well decorated room with lots of quiet! Breakfast, however, at the Belhurst Castle left much to be desired; packaged food, few options.

First time at the Manor and loved the stay. Our room was beautiful and spotless. Would stay again if an occasion arose.

Front desk was very helpful. We had a mix up with booking and the manager smoothed everything out very quickly and kindly

The room we booked was not available the day before check-in. Gave us another room in different location on property.. Nice room could have been cleaner.. Bed turned wrong direction in room head towards sunrise, couldn't see it..

Other than the minor inconvenience of check in at a different location, the property is lovely and the room was very comfortable and nice. Staff is super friendly and accommodating.

They should have staff on site at the Manor.

It was inconvenient that i had to change rooms because the room i selected was suppose to have a jetted tub and didn’t i had to drive back and worth no happy at all

I love this property! the staff was amazing, especially the wonderful young lady who checked us in! most definitely will be staying again in the future!

Houseflies in the room on both the days, lack of privacy as there were no blinds but simple curtains. Insufficient lighting outside the property, no cameras around the common areas of the property. Insufficient photos of the room at the time of room selection.

The room was fine but the bathroom fixtures were put together from the bargin basement, no fixtures matched in finish. There was blank, antique bronze, gold, polished nickle and stainless. The best was the round toilet seat on an oblong toilet. There was a 24” TV on a desk that was 20+ feet from the bed, so was useless. The worst was the included breakfast. You walked into a room that had food as would be laid out in a school cafeteria. Pre packaged Muffins, cereal in ready to eat bowls with peal away tops for the milk. Disgraceful for the prices, 385, of the rooms If your coming to this area of the Finger Lakes stay somewhere else.

Very nice room & complimentary continental breakfast & wine tasting at Belhurst castle.
