La presión de agua para la ducha estaba bien baja, difícil ducharse

Clean room, breakfast delivered every morning on time, good food, walking distance to shopping, easy Taxi access, very nice employees.

Did not like the early morning noise. Barking dogs.

Was unable to check in after 6 pm. This seems very limiting as manta gets two flights from Quito in the evenings. We had to get a different hotel, despite having paid for this one in advance.

Easy to get taxi from there to go to the mall and beach.for only 2$.

My family and I spent one night , Mario was waiting for us, and had our room ready. Location is very close to Pacifico Mall, and Murcielago Beach. I would recommend to stay.

My wife and I only stayed one night and the room met expectations as advertised, but what stood out was that the staff was willing to go above and beyond to make our stay an enjoyable one, and to help us with other needs within Manta.

Me gustan las habitaciones. Pero en esta ocasion la piscina ofrecio mal servicio se veia sucia y estaba falta de agua

Excelente lugar, hermosa la decoración de las habitaciones y de todo el local, todos fueron muy amables y corteses, todo muy limpio, nos dieron atención 5 estrellas, definitivamente regresaremos ahí, cuando vayamos a Manta. yo lo califico 100 sobre 100.

Me voy satisfecho por el servicio recibido, el manager se porto a la altura desde el inicio. Me atendieron por teléfono desde que realice mi reserva y me dieron una excelente atención hasta el momento de irme. Me voy agradecido con Miss Vanessa y su equipo de trabajo

No nos quisiero recibir por que la dueña del sitio decia que no se registraba ninguna reserva

El lugar muy agradable con instalaciones en excelente estado, todo funcionaba a la perfección, baños limpios y el aire acondicionado igualmente en buen estado. El desayuno a la habitación sin recargo estuvo bastante bueno una idea muy práctica y cómoda. El personal muy amable y cordial en la atención.
