Lovely room and very cozy location in this in-town vintage architecture residential area. Quiet breezes where birdsong and fragrance of small gardens abound. Several fine restaurants a short distance away.

Had a girls weekend & stayed in the top floor 2 bedroom suite. It was a perfect getaway, with ample room. The kitchen was great for a quick breakfast before heading out and the living room was great for watching a movie at night. Parking was provided behind the house, but we didn’t need to move the car after parking originally because everything was very walkable. We enjoyed the theater, great restaurants, shops & even glass blowing nearby. Beds were extremely comfortable and towels were so soft! We loved the extra snacks & treats available outside our door too! We had one minor issue with the refrigerator not being quite cold enough and mentioned it to the housekeeper before heading out for the day. While we were out, I received a text to let me know someone would look at it while we were out & checking for permission for the person to come inside. Communication was great & the problem was fixed before we returned. Great overall stay & we loved our getaway here!

The whole check in was done via an app. There was nobody around to offer welcome or hospitality. Beautiful but cold vibe. The app. Did offer many restaurant selections. The one we selected was excellent.

Lovely room with comfortable bed. Plush towels. A five-star experience. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Just a note: No one on site (everything is self serve) and parking very tight.

The home is amazingly beautiful such craftmanship it has been restored beautifully. Our room was very comfortable and the bathroom was beautiful. The only thing was that the ice machine in the lobby was not working.

AC Wasn't working properly. Like any historical building and the floors really creeped, which was only a problem if anybody got up in the middle of the night… And woke everyone else up

This is lovely home in the perfect location.

Wonderful last-minute find for a quick weekend stay in the area. This place is a perfect combination of the quiet privacy of a good B&B combined with conveniences of a more corporate hotel (easy self access, great amenities, honor bar, turnover services etc). Will definitely be staying again soon

A beautifully restored Queen Anne with all the details you would expect to find in a traditionally appointed B&B. Jeff and Bonnie take pride in their finished product and their love of being innkeepers shows throughout. Jeff takes pride in his, from scratch, breakfasts and afternoon cookies. We, as their guests, get to enjoy the fruits of his cooking and baking passion. The rooms are clean with very comfy beds (that have a fresh, clean, smell to them!), a tea station, full baths. I’d return whenever I’m back in their area.

We received a call from the innkeeper to ensure we were coming; he was kind to wait up for us despite a late arrival. Excellent cooking. I really appreciated the in-room tea service plus French presses for use at our leisure. The room was bright for a Victorian property but really pleasant and well furnished. We had wine and cheese on one evening and good conversation with our fellow lodgers. I highly recommend! Will return.

Our stay at Berkeley House B&B in Staunton, VA was a wonderful and experience. The hosts, Jeff and Bonnie are engaging and welcoming. The B&B house itself is wonderfully appointed and the rooms (we were able to peek into all of them) are delightful and tastefully furnished. The furnishings provide a sense of being taken back to a much more traditionally Victorian Virginia. The breakfast part of the experience is also another highlight.

Berkeley House is a lovely Victorian house in an excellent Staunton location; the owners are quite pleasant; the breakfasts are awesome.

This B&B should be any ones FIRST choice in Staunton VA. Wonderfully restored Victorian home by the owners! We were able to see each room, and all are amazing. We chose the Chatswood Chamber, their least expensive room- it is a much nicer room then we have paid much more for at other B&B's-
