The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the bathroom and room cleanliness were a bit lacking. Every day during our 4D3N stay, we found small animals that we didn't know what they were and who knew where they came from, even though the staff always cleaned them up. But overall, it's okay. I'll stay here again if I go to Gombong, haha ❤️

This is my second time staying at the front one Gombong by Azana hotel and this is the only hotel in Gombong that is not only strategically located but also has very clean and comfortable rooms. The staff also provide very good service. Overall... very recommended. Thanks front one.
