When I arrived to Bogota, at the airport, I booked a room at this hotel for the sole purpose to rest for a couple of hours before my next flight. I had about an 10 hr layover. When I arrived to Chandalier Park, the front desk guy claimed he couldn't find my reservation. He then asked me If I was sure I booked at Chandalier Park or their partner hotel a block away. I said Chandalier Park and the guy said "Ohhh ok... thats a block away". So we left and went walking a block away with my bags, I figured we were going to the same name hotel but when we got there it was a different hotel name. Long story short, at the second hotel, the front desk guy tells me he has no availability. He told me he'd find another hotel and pay the difference in fare I paid; wasn't apologetic at all. Seemed as if I wasn't the only person that happened to. We got to the THIRD hotel and I still had to pay the same amount I previously paid online.... out of pocket to get a room as if this was my fault. Sure was not the difference in fare that I paid. What a horrible experience just to get some rest; 3 different hotels! Beware! Seems like several hotels are connected with this Hotel Ad. They ended up taking me to Hotel Santiago Plaza.
