Not Recommended – Noisy and Dishonest Front Desk I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. From the start, the experience was frustrating. The front desk initially gave me the wrong room, and only after I went back did they apologize and switch me to another one. After settling in and taking a shower, I realized the TV wasn’t working. To make things worse, the bathroom was flooding with water. When I asked the receptionist about the TV, they casually mentioned it was under maintenance—something they never informed me about before booking or even when switching my room. When I requested another room, they claimed all rooms had the same issue, which they should have been upfront about from the beginning. On top of all this, the hotel was extremely noisy, making it difficult to get a good night’s rest. Overall, a bad experience with poor communication and a lack of honesty. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Good and local to the airport. We didnt stay long but was confortable to stretch out.

Es un Hostal muy sencillo, humilde, pero con las necesidades básica y limpieza adecuada. El personal es muy amable cordial y colaborador. De verdad muchas gracias, me salvaron de una terrible estadia en el viaje.

Hotel was ok for a one night stay ( layover)) between flights, plenty of hot water, bed was ok, housekeeping wasn’t that good but again, it’s good enough for a one night stay.

The reception people were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also very nice. They called a taxi for us to get to the bus station. Very colorful decorations we're nice, too.

Overall its worth staying here for an overnight lay over. I paid $16 U.S. The place is not cute, the bed is firm and the pillows are bricks. Its very close to restaurants. The wifi works properly and is available in your room. Checking in was a breeze. The hostel arranges taxi pick up and drop off from the airport. I felt safe. I would never stay here over consecutive nights! Never!

Hotel staff are friendly and helpful

We chose here because it was close to the airport and cheap. The bed was very firm. We ended up putting lots of blankets under the sheet to make it a little better. The pillows were made of like... plastic/rubber? Very odd but I guess they were more hygienic. Overall, not bad for the price and what we needed it for since we arrived at 2 am.

I didn't get the opportunity to stay at Posada del Rey, as i could not get in. There was a sign, indicating a "Timbre" but no bell or buzzer. I called through the locked gate, but no-one answered. Had to find another place to stay.

The hotel is very good for the price. The receptionist responded to all of my needs and saw that I had a good room with a window and a view. It is located in a resdential and automotive repair part of the city. There is a large mall in walking distance and many people are there shopping and relaxing. No clubs in the area that I knowI

Where do I begin? The transfer didn't show up at the airport, when I rang their answer was simply catch a taxi. The room was big (only positive). It's on a Main Street and VERY noisy. The sleeping bag that was used as a duna was stained, hairs on the sheets. The bathroom window wouldn't close, there was only half a shower screen and the shower head was hanging by a thread. when I complained about the noisey room they did offer to move us. Better solution - don't stay here. I won't even go into the terrible neighbourhood.... Wouldn't recommend.

Si no tienes nada que hacer alrededor mejor no vayas.Las instalaciones son viejas, el baño muy sucio, tiene ventilador pero no es suficiente ,mucha humedad, afuera mucho ruido e inseguro

no recibimos limpieza de la habitación los insumos de aseo tenían que ser solicitados solo se dio 1 colcha para 2 camas

Pues la atención dejó mucho que desear. el cliente no tiene como comunicarse, no existe en la pagina de HOTELS.COM un numero de ellos. Y no sé si el cobro se hizo con mi tarjeta pero se hizo el pago directo de los pasajeros. Como puedo saberlo ? Pagamos 100 S/. equivalente a 25 usd. Gracias por la respuesta
