Great room, grounds and breakfast.

Loved our stay in this property. The staff is very welcoming and the place is super cozy and relaxed. We travel with our kids (8 and 3yrs) and everything went smooth.. there are multiple toys and board games and the breakfast was EXCELLENT. Thanks !

The people were super generous and helpful. Everyone was very nice and the atmosphere was very relaxed and calm.

Great place to stay, very friendly stuff personnel. Very convenient, walking distance to shopping, attractions and restaurants.

The staff were so friendly and helpful with routine and special requests. We decided to prepare our own dinner while staying there (big salad) and they gave us access to the kitchen and refrigerator. I can’t compliment them enough. Pool and garden were gorgeous. Highly recommend.

Very tranquil, quiet. But rooms basic, WiFi poor, tv limited

This is an excellent little bnb. We came in late and they were very accommodating. Our room was sparse but adequately furnished for a group of three. The breakfast was very nice and the outside pool area was charming. Loved this little town. Lots of history and great buildings and seafront views in Colonia!

Excellent location. Right in historic area and steps away from bus terminal, bus lines, restaurants, etc.

I upgraded to a room in the back of hotel with a view of backyard and pool as I did not want the room facing the dinning room and close to kitchen It as an additional 16 US per night but worth it as it was very quiet TV reception was poor but may be due to the area

The pool and garden area were very nice and relaxing. Staff was very nice. The breads at breakfast were homemade and worth stealing for snacks later in the day. They'll also make you a kit to drink mate like a local - for free!

Friendly staff, good service. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Lovely patio and pool area. Great location adajacent to the barrio historico. Only complaint about the ground floor garden room (#12) is no window other than the door.

Amenities: The hotel was located in a great location, adjacent to everything yet still on a quiet street. The hotel has bikes you could rent daily for $10 each, which was a nice touch for the little exploring area of the historic district. Daily complimentary breakfast is also pretty standard in South America. The hotel feels more like an old Chalet (House) and the rooms are set up as so. Your room is literally off the main room of the hotel where breakfast and check in happens. The doors are just little old windowed doors with drapes for privacy but it's apparent you can hear everything and everyone can hear you. It's still quiet nonetheless but I was woken up VERY early by them preparing breakfast and a guest baby crying pretty loudly. Room: We got the cheapest and smallest room so it didn't have a window and the bed was a full, I think. The cable in our room was spotty and had a lot of interference. The cleanliness was obvious at first glance but once you're settled you can notice smashed mosquitos on the walls. There was a skylight open in our room with no way of reaching it or closing it, which resulted in me waking up with mosquito bites all over my body in the morning despite it being a week away from becoming Winter. I also need to add, there was an oil diffuser that nearly made me check out before I was even settled. The smell of Lemon was overwhelming in a toxic chemical sort of way. Overall 3 stars: The staff, hotel, cleanliness and food was okay
