Easy, great location, well furnished

Highly Recommended: A Comfortable & Convenient Stay at Libere Lisbon Principe Real! Our four-night stay at Libere Lisbon Principe Real was delightful. The apartments are exceptionally well-equipped, beautifully presented, and incredibly comfortable, making us feel instantly at ease. The thoughtful starter pack – with cleaning products, tea towel, coffee, crisps, and water – was a fantastic welcome. Coupled with a fully-functional kitchen, it truly felt like a home away from home. Service was a standout; the team was responsive on WhatsApp, promptly fixing our air conditioning. Our apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and boasted lots of storage. The friendly, helpful receptionist and the constant staff presence were reassuring. Convenient lockers were available before check-in and after check-out. While a small bathroom shelf for toiletries and perhaps a washing machine for longer stays could be useful additions, these are minor points. Overall, we had a superb time. For a well-managed, comfortable, and convenient Lisbon base, Libere Lisbon Principe Real is an excellent choice. We'd definitely return!

Nestled in the charming Príncipe Real district, everything you could possibly need or want to explore is within walking distance—whether you're strolling to trendy restaurants, boutique shops, historic sites, or the vibrant nightlife of Bairro Alto. It’s the kind of spot that makes you feel like a local while being right in the heart of Lisbon. The property itself is immaculate. The apartment was spacious, beautifully maintained, and tastefully furnished. Cleanliness was clearly a priority, and it shows in every detail. What truly stood out was the tranquility—despite being in a central area, the surroundings were remarkably quiet, allowing for restful nights after full days of exploration. Check-in and check-out were completely seamless. The process was smooth, efficient, and hassle-free. If you're looking for a place that combines the best of Lisbon's charm with the comforts of a modern, well-run accommodation, Libere Lisbon Príncipe Real is a fantastic choice. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to friends and fellow travelers.

It was great

We spent one night here at the end of our trip. The room was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. We were happily surprised to find a staff person there to greet us when we arrived. Check-in, room access, check out were all very easy and clear. FYI - the hotel is on a quiet street in a great location to Lisbon sites, but about half a block away is a BIG party area. Saturday night the streets were full of young people spilling out of bars, drinking, etc. Amazingly we did not hear much of it from our room on the 2nd floor, but beware if that is not your scene.

It was a great stay. Thought it had a washing machine but it didn't. Apart from that everything was great and close to shops bars restaurants.

I would recommend this property to everyone. It was very clean welcoming. They left us a little welcome gift. There was a little patio so my husband could smoke. It was a really nice size that had two bathrooms and all the amenities close to everything. The staff was really nice. We needed a Plug for our cell phones and they provided that whenever we need the taxi, they would call one love the area. We will stay there again.

Confusing check in process and lack of communication

Beautiful and roomy apartment with huge windows. Spotlessly clean and the contactless entry system is easy to manage. Location could not be better. Walking distance to everything you want to see. Lovely cafes restaurants and shops all in the same block. A pleasant surprise in every way. Will be back.

Location, location, location. We unfortunately did not get a terrace with an amazing city view, but the apt was very clean and comfortable, and in just the perfect location. The pull out couch is a bit sparce for adults, but we managed and would not deduct stars for that, because everything else about this place is pretty great. The breakfast box is a nice touch (fresh fruit, meats, pastry, juice & coffee pod). We had a little trouble with the elevator one time, but being able bodies, we were fine taking the stairs. The gentleman who ran the front desk was kind and attentive. We would stay here again.

The check in process was fairly complicated. It is not clear why they have the electronic check in since they have a person in the reception area during the day time hours. The property was located in a nice area of town with eating areas and grocery stores which was nice. The room was set up so you could have a small living room like place and the kitchenette colocated. The shower was nice and the water hot. The mattress was too firm for me. Marcia was extremely helpful to us getting checked in.

The property is exceptionally well-maintained, with a level of cleanliness that exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend downloading their app and following the provided instructions for a smooth stay. The reception is available during the day, and the staff are very helpful and accommodating. However, the exact apartment or room photos were not available at the time of booking. The only way to determine the specifics is upon check-in, so it is advisable to reach out to the property directly after making a reservation. If you're assigned to higher floors, you will be treated to a stunning city view. For stays longer than three days, I recommend opting for the full cleaning service, as the basic cleaning only provides new towels without changing the bed linens.

Beds were very uncomfortable, no door knob in bathroom for a family that’s just no good. Service came and interrupted to take pictures of missing door knob but it remained missing the entire stay. Check in was confusing, locker space for luggage is minimal.

Misleading photos and property description. I thought I was booking a high floor room with a terrace overlook of the city when in reality, they had booked me a ground floor apartment with little sunlight, and the "terrace" was a depressing interior courtyard with no privacy and no sunlight. Of course the property refused to do anything about it when I complained. Also, when I went to the bathroom at night, I almost slipped on a puddle of water that suddenly appeared between the bedroom and the bathroom. When I mention this to the front desk they said "oh yes, I've been meaning to ask maintenance to get that fixed." Apparently it was a leaky dishwasher. Also there was some loud noise at night coming from both the AC plus the water heater.
