This was a clean, comfortable hotel on a quiet street with nice amenities. What really stood out for me was the degree of customer service I received, particularly from Assad. While embarking to Khiva on an unexpected taxi journey, he went far above and beyond to make sure that I was safe and arrived at my destination.

Wonderful property with Amazing staff. Special shout out to Asad who will give you great ideas for site seeing and is always at hand to help. Metro station Oybek is 15 minutes walking distance. Yandex taxis are cheap too. Will get you wherever you want. Restaurants right next door and on the main road. Shop next to hotel and close by. Hotel room was clean and comfortable.

Beautiful Hotel! Very nice and hospitable staff. Bahodir, the owner of this place welcomed us very well. We stayed there for three nights and would definitely stay there again.
