The best hotel I have ever stayed in. Such great service and location.

This hotel is very swanky and I love the vibes!! The hotel was an old warehouse converted into a hotel so the theme is very welcoming but Instagram-worthy! The bed, bath, TV was all great!! We love it!

We were greeted with friendly, professional, and helpful service across the board. The hotel, including our room, was beautifully decorated and had an amazing vibe. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. Could hear a bit of street noise at night (it did not last all evening), but that’s to be expected given the location of the hotel in a bustling area and it being a Friday night. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend.

I love the smell of the coffee shop down stairs and the convenience of the bar as well. Let’s of restaurant options literally in walking distance. The whole staff was super friendly and welcoming no matter what shift they were working.

I loved this property. I will definitely seek out this hotel again when I return to Memphis. I really appreciated the historic nature of the property. Loved that it was close to the National Civil Rights Museum and the Lorraine Motel, plus other popular attractions like Beale Street. The staff was great. The cafe and coffee shop was great. And the bar was staffed by pros.

This hotel had a wonderful charm and felt more like a stylish apartment than a typical hotel room. Entering and exiting through the lobby straight from the street created a lively, welcoming vibe; blending the energy of the big city with the cozy feel of a neighborhood coffee shop.

The only concern I had was with the parking.

Lots of nice food options within walking distance. Very friendly staff. Excellent cocktails at the hotel bar.

Amazing staff and fabulous rooms! One thing to note is that if you have an early morning flight, valet does not open until 6 AM. In that case, you will have to have your car parked on the street in front of the hotel. The staff graciously offered to take care of that for me so that I did not have to be out after dark trying to find a parking space. They also made sure I got to my car safely in the morning. Great service!

Very friendly staff and an absolutely beautiful hotel! Love the design here… Coffee and bar was also nice to have for food options. Parking was surprisingly easy right out front during the week.

I have just fallen in love with this place, everyone i have met has been sweet, the place is clean and quiet! I don’t ever think i will stay anywhere else!

Had a great night in Memphis in a cool room. Beale street is walkable and there are some great restaurants, bars, and shopping near by. Would come back and recommend!

Wife loved it so it’s a win. Very quiet, clean, great environment, and bed was perfect. Close to downtown. Wife said next time we come back to Memphis we need to stay here. First floor has a nice bar at night and in the morning is a coffee shop. They offer valet parking for $35 however, I just parked on the street for free. Even though we were downtown it felt very safe, just an FYI.

The hotel was quaint and decorated in mid century. The staff was so accommodating and very nice. The have a restaurant in the hotel so it’s convenient if you want to grab coffee or a bite to eat. It’s a dog friendly hotel which is great if you want to bring your fur babies along. The rooms are comfortable. My only complaint is that the mattress was a bit too soft and the pillows are too high. Overall I would stay there again.
