Staff were very helpful online sending me information amidst a very stressful travel day. Check in and out was easy. Room was clean & spacious for one person. Walls are very thin could hear people outside of the door. Hair dryer was very weak. Perfect location, so close to everything.

Very close to historical areas, shopping & eatry. Nice room & the staff. Had some issues with the shower, water all over the floor otherwise excellent stay.....

The headboard fell off and it was really cold, but the bed waa nice and the staff cleaned the room well. However, when we wantes to check out, no one would answer the door at the reception.

On the edge of the historic district of Granada and all the main sights can be walked too. However the streets are crowded late into the night so sleeping....forget it. Didnt think it was particularly value for money and I wouldnt stay there again.

The entrance to the hostel was completely different to which was on the booking page info that we thought we had the wrong place. The room was clean but very small and looked out over the street which meant that the Friday and Saturday night we stayed there was dominated by the noise of party goers and which didnt stop until 6am. The shower had a flimsy curtain which meant that while showering the bathroom flooded and the tiles had to be covered in towels to mop up water and there was a danger of slipping. Great location for all the sites in Granada but I think there are better value for money hostels to be found. Very disappointed.

Pension adequate for lets say student-tourists, in a walking distance from Cathedral, Albaycin, Alhambra, next to the gran via, but not noisy at all...and for a very good price, though we had a feeling that in the half of november, the room temperature was below the comfort, because of absence of heating - anyhow, staff was great, didnt speak english, but body language :) and their willingness enabled to serve us with the hot water, and other requests, so in total we had a good feeling about our stay

Clean, bright rooms. Cold A/C and good wifi. Nice staff. Highly reccomended. No frills but all you need when you are sightseeing.

Apart from a rude man at reception, the hotel was acceptable for the price. Older travellers need to consider that there is no lift and staff say baggage handling is not their job.

Towels were very questionable, but were changed every day and room was cleaned every day as well. However, staff was very nice and very accommodating. For example, we checked out at 12 and we had to leave our luggage somewhere till 8 pm, so the receptionist kept it for free at her desk. We offered money for that but she didn’t take.

Staff was friendly and helpful; they even kept our bags while we traveled. Even with our poor Spanish we managed to communicate. The room is clean and neat. It is a GREAT location for getting around Madrid; three metro stops within easy walking distance. Price is wonderful. We gave it a 4 because the room was on a noisy street, even during the night. But we still would go back. Suggestions: soap dish in the shower, clothes hooks in the bathroom (since these are communal areas), and towel racks in the bedroom (since the bathroom is shared).

We spent there only one night so not much to say. We had bedroom for four people and it was really really small, but we didn't spent our time there so it was ok for sleeping. Room was clean and warm. Location was really good!

Muy buen sitio, céntrico, el personal que nos ha atendido ha sido muy amable y para lo que íbamos la habitación estaba muy bien, pequeñita pero acogedora, calentita, no se puede pedir más.

Bien situado para ver granada, la habitación limpia pero le faltaría algo de espacio como una mesa para un ordenador por ejemplo y al no tener parking tienes que ir a uno público. Por lo demás muy bien.

Localização muito boa, só tem que ir no hotel pegar a chave que fica há 4 minutos. Quarto bem confortável e espaçoso, só a televisão que não funcionou - como só ficamos 1 diária, não teve problema. Recomendo e voltaria!!
