desk staff has no flexibility dealing with credit card payments over the phone, I had phone issues upon reaching Madrid & the desk agent made me come to their office just to complete the payment process, just plain absurd since the office has my credit card info to reserve the unit, the agent could easily have easily processed the payment & give the entry code for the property over the phone, NO need for a subway ride to the office just to be given the entry code, what a hassle!

Our stay was good. The property was clean and very nice. The only issue we had was that we had to call them to get the codes to get in. They did not send them to us.

Really comfortable apartment in a good area, close to Atocha transport hub and attractions such as the Reina Sofia and Prado Museums and the Retiro Park. Lots of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Only negative was trying to get used to the quirky lock on the apartment door.

Good location, room is clean. The staff was not helpful at all. I sent in-APP messages twice on the day, asking for check in instructions and access code, but didn't receive any reply. I called the staff when I arrived at property, I was told check in instruction has been sent to WhatsApp. I didn't receive any message from the property, we had never communicated on WhatsApp. The staff refused providing access code on phone, and didn't want to send the code thru email or in-APP messages. After 20 minutes argument on phone, finally I was given the code. My first day of a 4-week holiday was totally ruined. It was the worst ever check in experience.

Our room was not the one we booked om hotels.com. the room showed on hotels.com has a balcony and bright light. The room we got was a dark and no balcony with very bad smell. When you open the window you can see the garage around.

If you don’t have an internet access on the day of Check-in after 3:00 Pm, you might as well find another place to stay. Check in software needs more work to be fully functioning.

Apartment was perfect for a family of four visiting Madrid for a few days. Very clean and functional with a full kitchen. Neighborhood is good and close to shops and grocery.

Very clean and although the check in is online the communication is very good. The remote receptionist was communication was great via what’s app.Excellent service

Good location, good room space with kitchen and washer. Very close to Atocha train station. There are some stain marks on the coach need to be cleaned so people can sit on it.

2 bedroom, nice bathroom and linens (items I think are the most relevant for travelers). Good location.

El departamento es amplio, iluminado y muy limpio, se encuentra a unas cuadras de la estación atocha, tiene todo lo necesario, muy recomendado, lo volvería alquilar

Vi havde nogle rigtig fine dage i Madrid og boede i studielejlighed hvor der var fin plads og alle de ting vi skulle bruge i køkkenet. Området var roligt men lejligheden noget mørk og med udsigt til baggårde

壁が薄いのか、隣人がうるさ過ぎたのか、音が響いたのが気になった。それ以外は快適でした。

!CUIDADO, CUIDADO! Si lo que quieres es pagar un apartamento, que además de pagar el precio de la habitación pagues una retención de un depósito, y llegar al apartamento y que no te hayan enviado la información de cual es ni como acceder dentro. Y que los estés llamando y tengan el teléfono apagado ( en todos los que te indica que puedes contactarles) y te dejen tirado en la calle esperando y esperando, este sin duda es tu apartamento. Hay mucha gente que le queda grande querer ser empresario, se piensan que porque compres un apartamento, le pongas un sofá y una tele, y todo "online" ya eres empresario. Srs. Un negocio para que realmente puedan dar un servicio, hay que estar por él, y no apagar el teléfono en horarios laborales porque tienes que ir al supermercado o a comprar el pan. Así que espero sirva a alguien este post
