Very nice place to stay , rooms are clean and nice ! Staff is super friendly and breakfast was always hot and fresh .

Nice location in Kernersville. Food, gas, and close to Winston Salem for entertainment.

Although we were very pleased with our stay, the rooms did not allow enough room for 2 suitcases or for my mom to get around with her walker. There were no handicapped rooms available. Even if it was someone without a walker, the spaces near the beds were narrow.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and have been impressed each time. Our room is always clean, the staff is always friendly. If we are back in the area again, this is where we are staying.

Like-convenient to I-40, multiple dining options, plenty of free parking. Dislike-cannot use stay for rewards since booked on Orbitz.

Pleasantly surprised as we’ve never stayed at Holiday Inn. The staff was super friendly and very helpful! This is a new hotel, so everything very clean, as well as our room. The bed was a little harder than we’re used to, but comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again on our halfway point to Tennessee vacations!

Beautiful hotel, great breakfast, great amenities, coffee available all day, great environment and great staff. I will recommend it to my friends and family.

Lovely staff- Super Clean Hotel

The property was very nice as were the rooms. The breakfast had several options and the food was good. Lots of space/tables to eat. Only problem we had was the security bar on the inside of our hotel room latched when we were leaving the room and we were locked out. Took some time to track down someone who could open the door for us. It was a Sunday and no manager or maintenance people available. We were able to access our room again and to prevent this from happening again we tied a rubber band around the latch. In all the years we have traveled I have never had something like this happen. Overall I would stay here again.

Was in town to visit a dear friend and family, and was pleasantly pleased with this hotel! It was close by the restaurant we wanted to get food from and very close to the hospital our friend was in. The room was great: very comfortable bed, plenty of places to put our luggage, clean, and even though it was a standard king room, it had a walk in shower!

I stayed here for High Point furniture market, and really enjoyed this hotel! Brand new, extremely clean. I would recommend this hotel!

I've been to this hotel several times because it's new and quiet, but the service keeps getting worse and worse. At check in, the front desk clerk seemed like she didn't want to be at work and did not offer room service or inform me about any of the hotel's offerings. I used the gym and the on-site laundromat. The dryer took my money but did not dry my clothes; there was no 'out of order' sign posted. When I brought this to the attention of staff and management, they said there was no way to refund me the money I lost, which is ridiculous and nonsense. Even people attending your average vending machine will refund you money lost in their machine! This seemed like it would be a simple fix.

We have stayed here 4 times that we are in the area. Love that it's new. Great shower and beds. We have no complaints at all. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Great desk staff, all were very friendly, best was Devyn. She was first I've met in along time that was super social. Breakfast was good/fresh, bed comfortable, rooms pretty clean, loved the streaming service. Very quiet hotel as well.
