Very clean and welcoming

Out of the 5 days we stayed room service only came to room one time. Air condition was not working on the fourth floor only in the rooms not in the hallway. Shower door would not close all the way. Big stain on floor in room. There was a note posted everywhere stating fire watch in place fire protection system out of service, if you observe smoke or signs of fire call 911 and get out of building.

It was a quick and comfortable stay in a long journey. We were grateful for the extra comfy beds and restful sleep for the return journey home.

Our room was not clean. The window on the inside was filthy. One day they didn’t bother to clean and I had to go get supplies at the desk.

Nice place! The room was neat and clean.

My stay was really nice in town for graduation. Everything from service, breakfast and the room was nice but i will say the AC in rm 221 needs to be checked only because it started to rattle and woke me up this morning but overall lovely stay. I left some items in the room and i called and they were nice enough to check and hold for my cousin to pick up.

The nicest lady out front checked us in. She was very accommodating and offered all the help in a very kind way. Everything was excellent, but she would be a good reason to go back again.
