They said they had free sauna and steam service but after booking they said they only have it free early in the morning. Breakfast wasn’t interesting. Customer service was poor. They don’t pick up their phones when they are called for information. Did some unnecessary questioning and said that we didn’t pay when clearly they were paid.

Cockroaches and other bugs in the room and the bathroom/toilet. No pest or insect control. It was warm and sometimes hot. No portable fans available as there is no air conditioning in the hotel. Staff is ok but do not speak much English. A lot of maintenance is required as many things are missing from rooms such as hair dryer etc.
