How can you beat a short (1 1/2 hour) ride from Geneva airport to the Alps and manage to land a hotel that is ski in/ski out, has a pool, and a restaurant that should have a Michelin rating? Of course the hotel had nothing to do with the fact that there was a foot of fresh powder on the mountain, but every minute not on the mountain was spent at this prize of a hotel. I'm reluctant to rave too much fearing that I'll never find an available room again, but will take my chances.
