You can tell that the hotel is under renovation and i'm sure when it's finished it will be amazing. At the moment elements are amazing but a few things missing. We stayed for a wedding - which was amazing! The food was brilliant too (for mass catering) and the staff were fabulous. The room was a bit of a let down. It was noisy, the furniture looked like flat pack, and the space needed a bit of a lick of paint. There was no full length mirror not ideal for wedding prep! The bath was great however, and loads of hot water. The whole place was incredibly clean and the location was just breathtaking. Breakfast was a bit chaotic on one morning (I think two weddings coming together) but the staff made sure there was regular top ups. Not sure at this point it's great value for money but when it's finished it will be fabulous.

All public spaces absolutely lovely and modern but when it came to bedrooms they are dated, not very clean and have basic amenities for the price. It lacked attention to detail. The shower trickled with a broken hose (friends in 2 seperate rooms had the same thing) Only one towel for two of us and no coffee cups to go with the courtesy tray. The toilet was grubby and stained and needed a good clean. Breakfast was excellent and the bacon and sausages some of the best I’ve ever tasted. Staff all lovely and Hurrell location and grounds absolutely amazing. Shame the rooms let it down!

The rooms are always very clean, with all the expected hospitality items. There's usually plenty of space in the hotel car park so no worries about parking. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The meals are excellent, our favourite being breakfast when there are lots of options available. We have already booked our next stay!

Donot know about the bar as I donot drink, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. Parking is ok. The property has been renovated to a high standard, but work is still being done.

The most incredible stay at this hotel, our room was facing the bay and it blew our mind how beautiful this place was! 1000000% recommend and the hot breakfast was delicious! Can’t wait to return!!!

The rooms are very tired even the info in the room are dated telling you if you want to call reception dail 0 there are no phobes innthe room wifi is very poor the choice of meals in the bar/restaurant is very limited it was also cold

Huge car park. Access to load and unload car. Very dog friendly, beaut snacks for dogs in reception. Staff were lovely and friendly. Room 201 fabulous room, view was breath taking. Lovely toiletries in room. Bed was huge and so comfy. Meal was lovely, breakfast was very tasty. Loads of walks from hotel. We will definitely be back. Will be recommending to our friends and family

Had a brilliant stay here. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. Meals were excellent . The location of the hotel is stunning.

Nice room, clean, warm, good views, friendly staff, good food. But, disappointed to see the dining room is no longer the big room overlooking the sea. And no proper bar in the place.
