Great stay in an accessible location. Staff extremely helpful.

The hotel is great value. The family room was comfortable and fit 4 of us nicely. The room was clean and it was easy to come in and out after hours. The shower was nice but the temperature was either too hot or too cold and looked like the tap needed fixing. Overall a great place to stay.

We loved the hotel and where it was situated, our room was nice and clean but views was sadly lacking, bar and staff very good but I felt the outside has the potential of being better , nothing seriously wrong but a little more effort and it’ll be lovely . We would definitely come back

Lovely hotel, lovely staff, good pub. We had a nice stay. Unfortunately, we were there when temperatures were 30C and above, and there is no air conditioning, making the nights difficult. Also, they could improve the quality of their linens. Sheets are a bit scratchy.

A really nice hotel with a great location and staff. No AC but the reason for it is understandable. Fairly ok prices for food and a good variety.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff were excellent — friendly, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure guests had a great experience. Their attention to detail and genuine care really stood out. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a lovely place to stay with outstanding service.

I had a fantastic time staying at the railway Hotel! The staff is very friendly, the accommodations were charming, and you cannot beat the ease of transport with it being right across the street to the railway station. They were awesome very kind holding my bags while I was at the festival and activities. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to you and travels from abroad! Also, highly recommend the avocado toast for breakfast as it fills you up and keeps you going :) Thank you again to the staff!

We could not have chosen a better hotel. Kat and her team are amazing. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Despite this being a pub the room was lovely and quiet. Food was delicious with lots of options. Breakfast was out of this world excellent. Location couldn't be better as it is right opposite the railway station. All in all a great experience. Thanks again Kat and team. You are the best.

Excellent in every way. The room was perfect (a big fan was there in the heatwave), the food was delicious and the staff were delightful. Katarina is bubbly and friendly and we were totally satisfied with our stay. Would definitely stay again. Sue Bayley

Great hotel and stay! Wonderful breakfast.

Lovely stay, comfy bed and pillows. Nice to have a la carte breakfast rather than buffet. I hadn't read any reviews that mentioned the pub noise but it is world Cup season. Mufic a bit too loud until midnight x
