The Jufenalm is a true mountain sanctuary and made out trip around Austria truly special. From the moment we arrived, we were wrapped in comfort and quiet luxury. The interiors are stunning and cozy, and decorated to boho perfection! The amenities are outstanding — the sledding, animals, the amazing pool and spa facilities are all perfect for unwinding after a day in the mountains. Every detail feels thoughtfully considered, and the staff are genuinely warm, attentive, and welcoming, making the entire stay feel effortlessly special. We left relaxed, pampered, and already dreaming of our return. I can’t underestimate how special this place is ✨.

Wunderfull place, feels like home, very clean, beautiful SPA area. Beautiful nature and views all around the hotel, with goats, deers, lamas, ponys, donkeys.

Wunderschönes Hotel und Aussicht. Leider wurden unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Im Bereich Service und auch Allgemein was die Unterkunft zu bieten hat, fehlte einfach das Engagement. Kritik auf hohem Niveau, aber bei den Preisen dann jedoch angemessen
