This was in an ideal location - easy to walk to the centre of bath. It was a perfect family room with it containing a twin room for the kids and a double room. The breakfast was cooked really well. Car parking at the Charlotte street car park was close and easy too.

What a wonderful stay! Great location, spacious, clean and even had a separate bedroom for our adult daughter who really enjoyed having her own private spot. Fantastic living room space too. Communication with the owner was great and parking (paid lot) was nearby and convenient. We regretted missing breakfast which sounded great because we had to depart early. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

Lovely Bath stone property, beautifully maintained. On a main road some road noise & roadworks going on at time of stay. Great breakfast & lovely amenities, happy to stay again.

It was our first night on our trip and we needed rest from the reset we took. This was a perfect location for rest.

This has to be one of the best bed and breakfasts we have stayed in . Our room, no2 on the first floor was huge, immaculate and comfortable. That goes for the bed also..Breakfast was delicious. Cooked to order and plentiful. I would say that this accomodation would not be suitable for anyone with mobility problems. Even if there are rooms on the ground floor there are steps to the entrancesnd the dining room is on the lower ground floor. For us though, we will definitely stay here again

Home from home comfort. I'd highly recommended this B&B, lovley place, and lovely staff. The breakfast is cooked to order in front of you 😋 and 5 minute walk to town center

Great Place to stay

We have been in Europe for a week and half right now. We have stayed in 3 other hotels. This establishment ranks the best over all for price for the money, accommodating for after hours check in, comfort (especially the beds), breakfast ( delicious and amazing), and service. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

A sense of home. Everything was in order, we were welcomed and enjoyed our stay. Beautiful, aesthetic decoration created a serene and relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was superb and prepared with utmost care. Thank you for a memorable stay in Bath.

This was a lovely guesthouse with a massive public car park directly behind it. The car park isn’t free, but a very reasonable price. The owner came to greet us at the door and was very friendly. Our room was clean, very comfortable and had extra things I didn’t expect like shampoo and shower gel. There is a bus stop just outside which is convenient if you need to travel but a little noisy especially as we had windows open as it was very hot when we stayed. I would suggest ear plugs if you think you might need to have windows open a lot. The noise didn’t stop us sleeping. Breakfast was freshly cooked and cannot be faulted. There’s also a small buffet with cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt and pastries. We were very well fed. The guesthouse is about 15 min walk from the town centre so very convenient to all the main sites and we felt safe walking in the dark. We had a great stay here and would highly recommend it.

Stunning accommodation 8 minutes walk into the center of bath. The room was to a very high spec, hypnos mattress, so comfortable. Breakfast ws amazing. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend.
