The staff was friendly and accommodating.

I think it is very affordable, with fast response CS service and easy instructions. Very homey, TV, AC, bathroom overall it works. You won't lose because there is a balcony, pool, and gym on the roof top.

The room was still dirty when we entered, but we were happy with the service and the customer service was fast to respond.

I swear, the worst hotel experience of my life. Chose here because it was close to the test venue. Sorry, no offense intended, but the room smelled musty like the laundry hadn't dried, luckily I brought some air freshener. Just arrived and was greeted by cockroaches. The bathroom smelled so bad that even when I opened the door, it still smelled. The pillows smelled like their armpits weren't changed before new guests arrived, the towels smelled of musty. There was no toothpaste and other things at all. For those who want to stay here, my advice is to look for another hotel or something that is well-maintained even if it's a bit more expensive.
