The hotel is in a very narrow alley, so you will need to bring your luggages over cobblestone alley to the hotel. Ignore the parking and driving in Toledo, other things about the hotel is just perfect. The interior is spacisou than what is appears on outside. The lobby keeps the rich history of Toledo and the site of this hotel. The courtyard is cute.

A very nice property with a great location. It would have been nice if they had a lounge in the hotel.

This place is just terrific. Staff were amazing, they out up with my bad spanish and were very helpful. Room was great, beautiful view, clean, good amenities. The breakfast was a typical European breakfast that was outstanding. Would stay here again and recommend it to everybody.

The hotel was very well designed and attractive. Our room was large and comfortable. The location was very convenient and though it was in the heart of Toledo, it was quiet. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We look forward to coming back to this hotel.

Perfectly positioned for touring Toledo on foot. The staff at the hotel were excellent and very helpful. The breakfast was of a superior standard.

Stayed for 2 nights. Amazing hotel with nice decor. Attentive staff. Rooms were clean- room service daily is a bonus. Had the room with the views of the alcazar and it was unreal. 10/10. Will definitely be back.

What a beautiful place! The city of Toledo was picture perfect and this hotel captured just that. We had a beautiful room with a view from the terrace. It was such a nice quiet place to enjoy after a full day in the city. I will definitely look for this hotel again.

Best hotel I've ever stayed at. Beautiful, impeccable, close to all the monuments in Toledo, great amenities (spa), spectacular views from our window. The most helpful staff you can ask for. Kelvin is amazing...so charming and knowledgeable (he gave us a private tour of all the historical elements in the building and the history behind it)!!!!! Angel was super kind and helpful. The entire staff was incredible. We will come back and from now on will always try to book historical boutique hotels from this company. We will be eternally grateful for the exceptional attention we received and the beautiful memories.
