Everything was great. The air could be a touch cooler in the summer.

Very nice hotel in the midst of Fontainebleau and in walkable distance from the chateau. We will be back!

The water was cold, the shower head was cracked, and the bed was rock hard

Room was great. Staff was awkward (concierge, front desk and bell man were all the same person) and they do not have parking onsite. You have to walk to an underground parking garage to which they will give you a parking voucher. Although they have an hotel restaurant, the restaurant will not charge meals to your room (be prepared, bring your wallet).

Slightly disappointed , on arrival no spaces free for spa ( had to book in time slot apparently??) So didn’t visit . Room was a bit small & paid extra for balcony which was pointless in winter months !! Good breakfast.

Lovely stay, great spa, and friendly staff

Une escapade en couple tant attendue après l’arrivée de notre 2eme enfant. Plan de garde assurée, une nuit d’hôtel et spa réservés, on arrive, je prends une douche, il n’y avait plus d’eau chaude et la douche était bouchée, on s’est retrouvés avec de l’eau, mais vraiment une bonne grande flaque d’eau dans la salle de bain. On appelle l’accueil, l’agent de maintenance arrive rapidement et constate qu’il faut qu’on change de chambre. À peine l’agent de maintenance sorti, l’agent de l’accueil nous appelle pour dire qu’il arrive pour nous accompagner à notre nouvelle chambre. En 20 secondes il est là. Super la réactivité, il n’y a rien à dire. Le souci c’est qu’il était vraiment là, dans notre chambre, le temps qu’on remette nos affaires dans la valise. On a dû lui demander de se décaler pour pouvoir passer ou ouvrir l’armoire … C’était très gênant pour nous et indélicat de sa part. Passons à la chambre suivante maintenant, qui au lieu d’être meilleure pour rattraper le début pénible, avait une vue sur rue (la première avait une vue sur la magnifique terrasse de l’hôtel. J’ai eu le malheur d’utiliser le sèche cheveux, et l’air sorti du sèche cheveux a fait partir toute la poussière qui était sur l’armoire sur ma tête et sur le lit. Bref, je pleure mes 224€ dépensés pour cet hôtel, l’occasion rare de nous faire garder nos enfants qu’on a gâchés dans un endroit pareil. Pour la gouverne de l’hôtel, on nous a offert 15€ de parking …

A localização do hotel é excelente mesmo em frente do palácio de Fontainebleau. O quarto era bom e limpo. Restaurante e bar com um serviço e qualidade exemplar. Infelizmente o spa tinha um custo adicional e obrigava a reserva o que impossibilitou o seu uso.
