Great place to stay, very central for my needs and meetings. Have stayed there 4 years ago and the hotel is now starting to get a little tired and may need update soon. Services is fantastic and everything else is great .

The hotel was nice overall, but the Wifi was too slow at the end of the corridor room and the air conditioning was too dry so I got a sore throat unfortunately. I would stay next time but would request to book a room with a fast internet connection.

I got a free upgrade to superior room because I am their member. Room is clean, location is nice to me because it is near to my customers. Breakfast need to be improved, especially their terrible coffer.

This hotel is solely for business, location is far from town and no amenities nearby.

Hotel is very old and rooms needs up date, over priced for its condition, very far from the centre of town.

quiet and clean. good breakfast. dinner buffet was also good for the price. but whiff of tabacco in the room even it was non-smiking floor. i will stay again if I visit Xian next time.

My wife and I were very satisfied with the hotel. Great buffet breakfast! Our only criticism was the location. It was on the other side of the city from our train station and quite some distance from the main attractions and restaurants.

Really hard to get a taxi at that location and hard to find a restaurant in the neighborhood. Noisy by the new building construction across the street. The towels at the swimming pool and gym are old and feel like not clean. At the last night of my stay on 1/21, i got back to hotel at 4:00pm and i could not open the door then i went to the reception and was told the electric power was gone, it was recovery at 9:00pm. I did not feel the hotel stuffs are sorry about that error.
