Very nice staff… pleasant front desk pleasant breakfast service

Everything was great ! Clean rooms and hotel. I thought the booking said continental breakfast included but it was not! A little disappointed by that.

Great place to stay. Had everything we needed and was in good location.

Clean, and comfortable and great bed

Arrived and reported a foul odor in my room and bathroom of cigarette smoke. The response was “I’m sorry sweetheart” I explained we were on a tight schedule and my husband was showering and we would be leaving shortly and requested they attempt to address it when we left. We returned after 6 hours to the exact same issue.

Nice hotel, but cleaning staff was not. Walked in on us while showering at 900am (and did not knock nor attempt to see if anyone was inside). Also, when walking hallways none of the cleaning staff was polite or courteous when speaking good morning or any other gesture.

Myself and my friend whom is in a wheelchair stayed in a handicap accessible room. He requires a Hoyer Lift to get in and out of his chair. The lift was hard to get under the bed. I think the beds need to have higher clearance under the bed
