The room was clean, and the hotel is located in a nice, quiet area. However, although I did not reserve a handicapped room, I was assigned one. This would have been fine if there hadn’t been several issues. The room did not have carpet (I'm not sure if this is typical for handicapped rooms), and the bathtub had two showers, but the main shower did not work properly—it did not provide hot water. Additionally, the room was connected to the adjacent room with a door that lacked proper soundproofing. I was woken up at 2 a.m. by loud music from the next room and couldn't get back to sleep due to the noise. I eventually had to call the front desk at 4 a.m. to ask them to address the issue.

The friendliest front desk stiff! Easy check in. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to everything!

It is very clean and comfortable, and it has a nice little gym!

This property was immaculate, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff very friendly. The ONLY problem was noise: we could hear the folks walking around in the room above us and anyone walking down the hall.

Im not sure her name but the young sister lady with the pony tail and she was AMAZING!!! She just made my stay 5 stars! Thank you whatever your name is!

Great hotel! New, clean, very spacious room! Sheets were so soft! Slept like a baby!! Close to downtown shopping and cool food locations!! Definitely will stay here again!!

We were greeted with a smile and warm welcome. Customer service was very good. We enjoyed our stay.

We’ve stayed in a lot of Hilton properties but this Tru one was making us rethink ever using Hilton again. It was clearly just an old property “updated” (using that term loosely), halls & rooms upstairs smelled like old smoke & mold, ac didn’t work & had a funky smell, blanket had what appeared to be a pee stain & blood on the ceiling by elevator. I mean come on Hilton are you trying to ruin your name !!???

The customer service was great and everyone was very nice and accommodating. The room could've been a little cleaner though, mainly the bathroom. The toilet was gross and looked like someone had smeared poop on the seat.

The room was clean, and as expected, however the breakfast was disappointing and there were no English Breakfast tea bags which are (for me) as necessary as coffee in the morning!

I loved the room. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. We left a tip for our room attendant. The decor of this property was bright citrus colors all over and had a pool table in the lobby that was always busy. Staff were polite. Breakfast was much better than expected. Bagels, toast, grits, yogurt, fruit. Hot tea and coffee 24/7. My only complaint was they took $50 deposit and charged the card without informing me in advance.
