Clean with a nice staff

Property is old and outdated. Hallway carpet was dirty and dingy. Mattresses need to be replaced. Low toilets in bathrooms. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was good.

Nothing really special or impressive about our stay. Hotel could use an upgrade overall. Carpet in hallways faded and stained, gives an overall yuck feeling. The TV remote in the room didn’t work, but we got a replacement from the front desk, and the staff were very helpful. The fridge in the room also didn’t work. Breakfast spread was nice.

I liked everything about the stay other than the heat/air-conditioning unit leaking cold air into the room the staff was great check in/out was easy my only suggestion is to have more fruit options at the breakfast bar

Janice Williams was very helpful and polite during our stay. Breakfast was good. The only real complaint I have is the quality of television, but its not that big of a deal.

The quality of this Hampton Inn was very disappointing. The carpeting throughout the hotel was filthy. The pool water was cloudy and my kids wouldn’t swim in it. The whole first floor smelled like marijuana. My husband had an asthma attack in the room because of how strong the air freshener/cleaning products were. I’m assuming trying to cover up the bad smells.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The only thing that I noticed was that the soap, lotion and shampoo bottle spouts had some residue and could have been wiped off.
