Wonderful and accommodating staff.

We stay here regularly but this time there was a bad smell of smoke in the bathroom in the room. Also we requested house keeping and hours later we still didn't get it. This is not normal for this property but it was our latest experience.

I enjoyed my stay here! The hotel is nicely decorated and updated, rooms are spacious, bed is very comfortable, bathrooms are gorgeous. Staff is very friendly and helpful, I will definitely be back.

Split units of AC/Heat that are very noisy and don’t quit all night after reaching temp. Constant air blow which make rooms colder at night, with Max 70F in CHICAGO,to control cost!! Fridge stopped cooling couple of times, and house keeping lady treated us with extreme bad attitude when we asked for the room to be cleaned after being there 3 days!!! GOOD LUCK GUYS.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The room was spacious and updated. Thank you so much to Andrew for ensuring that I had a great day and even providing an upgrade when the room I originally booked for was no longer available - his customer service was excellent and one of the main reasons I will be a returning customer. Friendly employees and great atmosphere

This is my go to hotel when I come to Chicago. Staff is very friendly, breakfast was good. Very comfortable relaxing stay.

It was a celebration for my 80th birthday and my family and I enjoyed it.

It would be nice to have a luggage cart available to unload and load our car. Both unloading and loading there were none available even though there are 3 carts at this facility. This was the only thing I did not like about my visit. Being as I'm the one that ends up unloading and loading the car. My husband isn't much help. I love your hotels.

There were so many things I liked about this hotel. BELIEVE the reviews! My husband and I are excited so find such a wonderful hotel that is (1) close to Marcus movie theatre and (2) close to Toyko Steakhouse. We also loved the free parking, breakfast, pool and exercise facility. We are looking forward to our next stay!

It was connected to the venue where we had our celebration. I didn't like that the hotel clerk said there were no rooms available. I went to the website and booked rooms.
