Clean rooms nice amenities and good breakfast

Love other Hampton Inns, though it’s been a few years since I stayed in one due to work restrictions and family obligations. Did not love this one. Pros: Clean Quiet Friendly front desk staff. Have my coffee creamer. Comfy bed. Cons: First time ever I didn’t tip housekeeping. They only came once during my three night stay and only to take away dirty towels, including the safety one on the ground, without replenishing. I had only one towel left for morning shower and no safety one. Thankfully didn’t fall. Returned that night and they still hadn’t serviced the room. The sign says garbage, bed, towels and restock every other day. None of those happened. I had to go ask for towels so it took my own time. Ran out of tissue too. No place to put the sink soap so the counter became messy. Also, I love Hampton Inn because their shower curtain is curved so it doesn’t keep hitting my arm. This one wasn’t and the shower was tiny. Also, since they’d been overbooked they’d had only an ADA room left, however the room is not ADA ready. No seat in the shower and little water pressure, anyone in a wheelchair can’t shower. They also wouldn’t fit between the bed and dresser so half the room isn’t accessible. I’m not in a wheelchair, so this is an observation having friends who are. They ran out of breakfast items like coffee and yogurt. Staying at another Hampton Inn this next weekend. Hoping this experience was the exception versus the new norm.

Probably the worst pillows I’ve ever slept on. They are half the size of a normal pillow. Enough room for your head and that’s it. The tile floors at the entry way of the room were so greasy we about slipped walking in. Felt like a fast food restaurant. The mattress was fine but the bed frame was so squeaky and worn out, every time you moved Im sure the neighbors could hear it. The hotel looks liked it could use a deep cleaning. Dirt in the corners of the floors. Our bathroom floor had visible marks that should have been mopped up. I called before we arrived with some questions about our reservation, and the woman answering the phone was not friendly or helpful. Pretty matter of fact attitude, I probably interrupted her TikTok time. If the Bridge Park area is why you’re coming, you’ll need to drive as this hotel is not in walking distance from anything. Overall if you have the choice find better options in the area.

This was a convenient stop for our family on a road trip. The staff were friendly and pleasant, the facility was clean, and the breakfast was delicious.

Did not have the RESERVED room type we wanted - so settled for 1 king bed. Automatic shades were not working properly. No ice available on our (5th) floor.

The property was clean butbis showing wear and tear. When I checked in I had to call because no one was at the front desk. The young lady who came from the back had a bit of an attitude but quickly put it asides.

The heat and AC unit was not working. The rug was wet. No microwave. The breakfast was good.

Hampton Inn Dublin is conveniently located near the Columbus Zoo, shopping and great restaurants . I would highly this place to stay.

Great property and good experience. They don't offer recycling, so I'm not sure why the survey asked abut that. It was quiet and clean and well presented.

Overall it was a good hotel. Room was good, bathroom was very clean. Lobby was comfortable. Service was excellent but breakfast selection was not great.

Simple but very comfortable

We only stayed for one night on our way to Hocking Hills. The Bridge Park area is close with some amazing entertainment and dining options. The Ramen place there was incredible with nice Happy Hour pricing. We would not have known about this place if the young man at Check-In had not taken the time to give us some great ideas of what options were nearby. The best part of this hotel is the staff. They are all very nice; breakfast was awesome with many choices, better than other hotels, in general. We travel a lot! We will stay here again this summer when we go back to the Columbus Zoo and water park. Cheers (from Michigan) until then!

We had a very pleasant 2 night stay for a concert. Staff was very nice and helpful, especially the front desk and the breakfast attendant. Breakfast was good with enough options without being overwhelming. The best part about our stay was the room! It was the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at and that says a lot because I have stayed at more expensive hotels. The king size bed was so comfy and we didn’t have any issues sleeping at all, AC worked perfectly, plenty of channels on the tv, bathroom was clean. We would stay here again if we’re ever in Columbus!
