Nice and convenient.. stayed for bball tournament .

The pool was closed the night we were there but otherwise everything was ok. Waited at the counter a bit longer at times to get a replacement key and pay for snacks, but the staff was still nice.

Very clean and spacious room. The breakfast is pretty good. Close to shopping malls and grocery stores.

We stayed at the hotel for a baseball tournament. The room was huge. The lobby was great and large enough for a couple teams to enjoy it at breakfast and at night. The pool was perfect for the kids and the staff was very friendly.

I liked the big windows on the ground floor

The outdoor trash cans were overflowing with garbage. I moved the couch to open the drapes and several beer cans were under the couch. Outside doors (other than the main entrance) were not accessible to go in the hotel. I was told that the batteries on the doors needed to be changed. Very limited channels after putting a “smart” tv in the room I was in.

Very nice stay. Didn’t understand the $50.00 charge on an already pre-paid stay. Even tho it will be refunded. Never have done this before.

Wifi was out. They accommodated me well.

My family and I wanted to enjoy the last day of spring break with a night in a hotel with a pool and a hot tub. We hadn’t had the kids all break due to them being at their dads, so we wanted to do something special with them. When looking for a hotel, we chose this one of its amenities. We were very disappointed that no one told us about the hot tub being broken. That was why we chose that hotel over a different one. I don’t think we’d stay here again.

Staff was nice and helpful, breakfast was excellent, breakfast staff very attentive, pool area clean and stocked with towels, when I asked for something from the front desk via text the gentleman brought it right away. beds very comfortable and smelled very clean!

Room covered in dog hair on bed stewards, variety and nightstand hot tub not working, bathroom faucet handle broken, phone covered in dust, beds uncomfortable, pillows uncomfortable!

Got a jacuzzi room the tub didnt drain unless you held open plug and worst pillow ever encountered

Everything was very nice. But, we were majorly disappointed the hot tub was out of order. We chose this hotel because it showed having the nicest hot tub of hotels in the surrounding area.

The hot tub was inoperable

When we arrived at 11 pm to check in there was no one at the desk to check us in. I yelled hello several times. There was no sign or note. 15 minutes later the worker came to the desk. I stated we were yelling to anyone for 15 minutes. He responded I was only gone 10.

The area is super convenient to shopping and many restaurant choices. The staff was quick and efficient. We ahd a room with a hot tub and it worked perfectly!

The people were nice but the room wasn’t very clean there was stains on the bedding and pillowcase and there was like old food residue all over the trash can and one of the tables.The beds were not comfy what’s so ever and there was kids screaming and running up and down the halls and throwing balls.

Dirty room and bathroom pool area was shut down for the weekend would not recommend this hotel.
