We happened to arrive late at night, bringing a lot of stuff with us, but the guard didn't even bother to help carry it upstairs. Our room was on the third floor, and there was no doormat or soap.

actually this inn is quite comfortable, the room is quite spacious, the bed is quite comfortable, the building is aesthetic, the wifi internet facility has a fairly fast speed, smart TV, the location is quite strategic. but cleanliness, room maintenance, and maintenance of supporting equipment such as towels and sheets please pay more attention. at least spray the room with anti-insect spray before guests enter, it's already night and I'm tired of being disturbed by mosquitoes and coro, I've requested to spray it but only a little is left, I thought I'd buy it first and wait and see but there's nothing until I finally bought it myself. the towels are also a bit dirty. there are a few strands of hair on the sheets, maybe they weren't replaced by the previous guest.
