I was pretty excited to stay at Vivere Hotel Artotel. I heard it's like a cool art show and part of the Artotel family, so I thought it would be really special. But my visit started off on the wrong foot.
When I got there around 5 PM, there was only one person at the front desk. I had to wait in line for about 15 minutes. The lobby felt really hot too. Then, the staff told me my room wasn't ready yet! At 5 PM, that's not what you want to hear. I had to wait another 7 minutes before they finally got my room ready.
The problems kept coming. The elevator was also hot, and when I got into my room, it felt stuffy. It was hard to get fresh air circulating. Overall, my first impression wasn't great, which was a shame because I was really looking forward to a unique experience.
