Recommended for staycation with partner or family

I was pretty excited to stay at Vivere Hotel Artotel. I heard it's like a cool art show and part of the Artotel family, so I thought it would be really special. But my visit started off on the wrong foot. When I got there around 5 PM, there was only one person at the front desk. I had to wait in line for about 15 minutes. The lobby felt really hot too. Then, the staff told me my room wasn't ready yet! At 5 PM, that's not what you want to hear. I had to wait another 7 minutes before they finally got my room ready. The problems kept coming. The elevator was also hot, and when I got into my room, it felt stuffy. It was hard to get fresh air circulating. Overall, my first impression wasn't great, which was a shame because I was really looking forward to a unique experience.

Since check in given complete information. Even after getting the room, my wife changed her mind to ask for another room that was offered too, well facilitated, friendly and responsive. Room cleaning service is also very helpful and friendly.

I really like the scent of the shower gel. For improvement, you can develop menu variations and activate the food heater when it is served hot in a stall or buffet.

Expect to have baby cot for the family with baby but hotel could not provide it. For studio 40 very large and it would be nice if the bed size King type instead of Queen size. Need to install signal phone strengthening other than expecting wifi alone.Over all is okay

The staff were not able to manage well the customer complaint about room requirements request, low level skill of hospitality and unable to provide solutions. It was very disappointing.

The hotel is clean, neat, fragrant, the interior is very comfortable to look at. The room is very spacious, the hotel staff is also friendly. Check in and check out are also fast. Soon will bring my family here again 🫶🏻

breakfast menu is not bringing comfortable to eat. such example. mung beans that are still in seed form, so some are not cooked. there are menus that taste ❌ not delicious to eat, so only choose to eat fruits & pudding, some rice is like eating dry renginang. appetite is very bad to eat breakfast like that

The room is clean and cozy. The breakfast is amazing, many varieties, and friendly people.

1. There was no staff who informed us that if we wanted to go to the lobby we needed to use a card, we were forced to wait in the elevator until someone had a card 2. We checked in at 7 pm, when we went to the room the card couldn't be used, and we had to go back to the lobby, when we arrived at the lobby, the staff seemed to know that the card hadn't been updated, they immediately waited for me in front of the elevator and took my card without apologizing or saying anything. 3. Complained that the TV couldn't operate, there was no response until the next morning.

Parking is difficult and very narrow, access is troublesome and in my opinion it is not efficient, it is a hassle, I am fed up staying here, and the breakfast is not good. There are few choices and it seems stingy.

Comfortable and clean and suitable for resting and relaxing.

Several times I've stayed here, the elevator always takes a long time. Please also wash or vacuum the sofa in the room. My friends and I were all sneezing. And I can still smell the wood smell of the furniture. The pillows are also not very nice in my opinion and if possible, put a white light in the yellow room so it's not bright. The breakfast is so-so, the taste and quality can be improved.

Nice scenery and the swimming pool was a great spot too to chill with friends or family. Buffet was not bad. Great location.

I had specifically booked a room with a queen bed; however, upon arrival, I found that the room was furnished with two twin beds pushed together. This arrangement was not communicated to me in advance, and unfortunately, it was quite uncomfortable.
