The staff were friendly and accommodating. We requested a change of sheets when our child made a mess shortly after we checked in, and they replaced them immediately. The hotel doesn't provide breakfast, but you can easily find options nearby within walking distance. There are quite a few restaurants in the area.

Beautiful hotel but very small room

Worth it! Took the executive suite. Very clean and comfortable. Even got a mini kitchen inside. Location very strategic. Just that it had no lift so we need to take the stairs. Will repeat next time if I come here!

okay for able-bodied people. coz this place has no elevator. you have to climb stairs to get to your room. overall i ve good experience with this place. the neighbors of other rooms were all okay, not making much noises (thank God i checked in before school holidays started) check in check out process was good and quick, nothing much to complain so far. parking; you have to compete with other users who visited other shops who might also park nearby this hotel, since it has no special parking for their own customers. staff are good and friendly. Thank you 👍

Yes it is a new hotel, so no prob with cleanliness or anything as it is very new. However. The space VERY small. Very difficult for Muslim especially, to pray. You only have little space left in between the bed and the TV wall. Might as well to consider put a lift as you have to climb quite high to get to next floor. Trouble if you have elder / disable people or big luggages. The design was not user friendly at all. 🤷. Wonder who planned the layout. Lol
