*. After booking, there will be a WA to pay a deposit of 200 thousand.*. Strategic location.*. There is a dispenser but no gallon is provided.*. The bathroom has no mirror and no clothes hanger, no hot water.*. The 36th floor has a weak cellphone signal.*. The response for a deposit refund is very slow
